13 Definitions A CHBA Qualified Net Zero Home is modelled and constructed to produce as much energy (from on-site renewable energy sources) as it consumes on an annual basis. A CHBA Qualified Net Zero Ready Home has a renewable energy system designed for it that will allow it to achieve Net Zero Home performance, but the renewable energy system is not yet installed. 13
14 A Full Spectrum of Market Offerings Over 1 million homes in Canada have an EnerGuide label! 14
15 EnerGuide Rating System (ERS v15) First 0 GJ Label in Canada Issued by NRCan to Habitat Studio in Edmonton, AB 15
