7 Service A service and warehouse center was established in Mirny to provide continuous technical support of Liebherr equipment on site. An additional warehouse center was also opened in Udachny. Modern equipment of the centers and an extensive fund of spare parts ensure an extremely fast service and high technical availability of Liebherr equipment. Continuous operation in extreme conditions requires a constant presence of service specialists on site. To do this, almost all customer sites have Liebherr field service stations, including all the necessary spare parts for on-line repairs, allowing service engineers to be with the machine 4/7 and maintain its uninterrupted operation. Despite the lack of road connections between some cities in the summer, the spare parts are delivered by helicopter and water transport in the shortest possible time. Currently, Liebherr warehouses in the Republic of Sakha hold spare parts worth more than 6 million Euros.
