9 General information Operation torques Operation torque in nm for closing the valve depending of the differential pressure ΔP DN 3 bar 6 bar 10 bar 16 bar 25/ In order to determinate torques for standard valves follow this criteria: DN ΔP = 16 Kg/cm 2 DN ΔP = 10 Kg/cm 2 Note: These torques are for valves assembled with butterfly and EPDM standard seat (water 20ºC and optimum assembling conditions). For others seats, please get in contact with our technical department, because torques could be different as well.
