It relates to only standard stock items and is subject to a 25% or 25 handling fee (whichever is higher). The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, in full case quantities and must have been purchased in the last three months. Any goods returned without authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.
