1 Thank you for your interest in the Survey of Faculty Worklife at FAU This anonymous online survey is based on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Study of Faculty Worklife Survey and was adapted to FAU s context. The questions below are a sample of questions from each section of the survey. The survey takes approximately 25 minutes to complete and will close on March 24, 2017 at 11:59 pm. At FAU, sexual harassment, which includes acts of sexual violence and may include gender based harassment, is a form of unlawful discrimination prohibited by Title VII, Title IX, and other applicable laws. Sexual harassment can take the form of hostile environment harassment, or quid pro quo harassment.please use this definition as you answer the next two questions.
