1 CPAC 2016 Sponsorship Opportunities The American Conservative Union is proud to present the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) taking place March 2-5, 2016 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, located right outside Washington, D.C. The American Conservative Union is the nation s oldest and largest grassroots conservative organization, serving as the umbrella organization harnessing the collective strength of conservative organizations and individuals defending and advancing such traditional values as liberty, personal responsibility, constitutional rights and a strong national defense. The ACU s signature event is CPAC. CPAC is the third ranked Political and Press event of the year behind the State of the Union and the White House Correspondents Dinner, showcasing CPAC s ability to be at the center of the news media for four consecutive days. Each year, CPAC brings together and energizes over 10,000 people from college-aged to retired who represent leading conservative organizations, educational institutions, elected officials, thought leaders, media and grassroots activists who impact conservative thought in the United States. For three days each year, national attention is focused on the Conservative Political Action Conference. CPAC is not just the American forum for conservative thought, but the harbinger for the issues, policies, programs and people that will lead the political conversation for the year ahead.
