2 The DNAtix Eco-system Creating a new economy for Genetics! The DNAtix eco-system consists from the following: Users consumers who wants their DNA sequenced and tested using the DNAtix Platform. Miners The miners are running the DNAtixVM Miners Node which lets them get rewards for performing different tasks on the DNAtix blockchain. Service Providers These are Genetic Labs, Genetic Research Institutes, Genetic Researches which run the DNAtixVM Service Providers Node which lets them have their own branded portal for Genetic Services based on the DNAtix Platform. Service Providers are rewarded for different tasks being performed on the network. DNA Sequences The Digital form of the DNA molecule which contains genetic code. One of the most important pillars in the data that makes the DNAtix blockchain are the DNA sequences which can then be used for research in a new token rewarding model. DGAPPS Distributed Genetic Applications a new kind of apps for performing different processes on DNA sequences. The DNAtix platform will enable the creation of DGAPPS which are pieces of specialized code that will be able to process DNA sequences and give output. This will enable any participants in the eco-system to create different kind of applications such as Genetic tests, Genetic Big Data Analysis, and many other different kind of things. Genetic Counselors Genetic professional from the genetic eco-system can use their knowledge to help users in the eco-system and to further analyze their DNA. The DNAtix model introduces for the first time, the possibility of rewarding Genetic Professionals for different tasks they perform for the users. 4 The DNAtix Token The DNAtix Token is an Ethereum token which will be used in the DNAtix Genetic Eco-system. Token generation means generation and exchange of the DNAtix Token between token sale participants. The DNAtix Token is a token created on the basis of the ETH standard ERC-20. This standard guarantees that the token created on the basis of the ERC-20 standard will work in the ETHEREUM ecosystem in a predictable manner, and conforms to the security standard. 7 DNAtix Token Usability: Storing DNA Sequence Storing a DNA Sequence on the DNAtix blockchain is easy and will be performed by a specialized Smart Contracts that will execute that function. The upload of the DNA sequence is being performed using the DNAtix Wallet which will have special functionality for processing a digital DNA sequence, encrypt the DNA with the DNAtix encryption algorithms then compressing it and then storing it on the DNAtix blockchain. A DNA sequence can be a full genome sequence or a partial sequence. Transfer DNA Sequence Transferring a DNA sequence in the DNAtix blockchain simply means giving some third party the right to access a certain DNA sequence that is stored on the DNAtix blockchain. This possibility was created in order to allow extensive Genetic research to be conducted by using the DNAtix eco-system and large database of DNA sequences. The concept behind this feature is to allow Genetic Researches to access large amount of DNA sequences for conducting large researches and in the same time rewarding the users in the eco-system. The transfer allows third party to access the DNA sequence code based on the following options: 1. Onetime Access. 2. Quanta Access 5,10,20 N Times. 3. Lifetime Access. Once access is granted the user who granted the access will be awarded by DNAtix tokens based on the option he chose and on different parameters. Testing DNA Sequence Each user in the system can perform analysis on the DNA sequences that he owns. That means he can run different genetic tests (DGAPPS) on his sequences and get results. When performing such an option the system will reward the miner or service provider who performed the operation using his computer power. Tokens will be awarded based on the functionality of the specified DGAPP that has been used. 8 Inherit DNA Sequence The DNAtix Token Smart Contracts will also have a very important feature which lets the users choose to whom he will inherit his DNA sequence. This smart contract will enable the inherited user to transfer the ownership of the DNA sequence to himself once needed DNAtix All rights reserved. 8

9 Introducing: DGAPPS Distributed Genetic Apps DNAtix is going to develop the infrastructure for developing and deploying genetic application on the DNAtix Blockchain. That will enable any participant in the DNAtix eco-system to develop his own Genetic Applications such as: v Genetic Tests v Genetic Comparison v Genetic Big Data Algorithms v And more Some examples of DGAPPS: 1. Androgenic Alopecia Genetic Test a DGAPPS that scans your DNA for a point mutation (SNP) that has to do with hair growth and getting bald. 2. The business model behind the DGAPPS is that for every work that has been done in the network running the DGAPP code and performing DNA analysis, tokens will be distributed to the miner that used his computer power and the developer of the DGAPP. 18 The DNAtix DNA Compression Algorithm DNAtix has developed a dedicated compression algorithm for compressing digital Partial or Full Genome Sequences. The algorithm main idea is based on converting the 4 Genetic Code Letters into a 2 bit code which will then can represent any of the 4 letters C,G,T,A. The current working algorithm can compress any sequence to approximately 25% of its size. All the DNA sequences that are being uploaded into the system will be converted to the compressed form in order to save space and make processing faster. 20 GLOSSARY Tokenomics Token Economics. Blockchain - Cryptographically secured distributed ledgers that are the basis for all technology enabled by cryptocurrencies like Ether. A blockchain is a public database of all transactions, coins, technology, etc Data on the blockchain resides on computers across the entire world rather than on a single server or a set of servers, enabling everyone to see all data publicly, but allowing only owners of a specific data set to make changes/transactions with that data. Ethereum - a platform for creating decentralized online services based on blockchain. Token - a digital asset of a company that distributes it to raise funds and finance its blockchain projects. Bounty - a form of token distribution in exchange for the performance of a specified action that involves mentioning the company. Crowdfunding - collective cooperation of people (donors, contributors, donators) who voluntarily pool their money or other resources together to create a project. Node A computer on the blockchain, that actively works to maintain the blockchain and validate transactions, new blocks, etc Wallet Can come in software (Parity, MyEtherWallet) or hardware (encrypted drives) formats, a cryptocurrency wallet is a digital place where you store your cryptocurrencies. It s critical to have high-grade security attached to these wallets to ensure hackers and thieves won t get access to your coins. Mining The process of using the computing power of high-powered mining rigs (i.e. powerful computers with heavy CPU and GPU processing power) to execute functions that complete portions of the next available block in the blockchain. The return for using this processing power is a fraction of a cryptocurrency coin. Gas The amount of a given cryptocurrency that it takes to make a transaction based on the processing power required to complete it. Fork When a cryptocurrency splits into two separate coins as a result of a split in the blockchain. This is typically the result of differing views in the original blockchain system s governance for the right path forward for the blockchain s technology. This is based on the amount of a given cryptocurrency they have, and the more of the coin they have the more validating power they have in this system. Proof of Work The current system by which a block on the chain is validated. In order for a block to be accepted by network participants, miners must complete a proof of work which covers all of the data in the block. (Source) Smart Contract A protocol that enables secure contracts to be signed, verified, and enforced without middlemen (government, corporation, etc ) involved. Ordinarily, you would go to a lawyer or a notary, pay them, and wait while you get the document. With smart contracts, you simply drop a bitcoin into the vending machine (i.e. ledger), and your escrow, driver s license, or whatever drops into your account. More so, smart contracts not only define the rules and penalties around an agreement in the same way that a traditional contract does, but also automatically enforce those obligations.
