All activities are agreed upon between you and your reference manager to make this collaboration successful and enjoyable. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES AND THEIR BONUS POINTS 1 bonus point is equal to CHF 0.75 Sales Activities Speak in person or on the phone to one or several of SAP s prospective customers. You can engage in: telephone calls Full-day or half-day reference visits (1:1) slive calls or on-site visits (1:few) Roundtable discussions at SAP events Marketing Activities Showcase your success publicly using collateral, videos, posters, or even social media. Join our great industry events and take part in a wide variety of activities. For example, you can: Engage in speaking opportunities at SAP events Produce collateral that highlights your successes Participate in interviews with the press and analysts Record a video testimonial about your experience with SAP 300 Sign-up bonus Don t forget: 400 Making a call (1:1) 1,100 Half-day visit (1:1) 2,000 Full-day visit (1:1) To secure your bonus, your activities need to be coordinated and approved in advance by your SAP reference manager. SAP customers are eligible to register for the and accrue bonus by taking part in approved reference activities. Activities must be approved in advance by an SAP reference manager in order to accrue bonus. All bonus are issued directly by SAP. Bonus have a specific value in Swiss francs. Bonus may also be used to attend select global SAP events (for example SAPPHIRE NOW, and SAP TechEd). They may not be used for SAP hospitality events (such as Formula One races, the Wimbledon tennis tournament, the Extreme Sailing Series, the Football Champions League, or similar occasions). Bonus may not be used to reconcile partner invoices or other due payments. Bonus may not be redeemed for cash or other means of payment. Bonus may not be used to pay for hotels or other travel expenses. Bonus are granted to SAP reference customers as an additional service. They are not to be considered a supplement or amendment to any current or future agreements. It is up to each eligible customer not SAP to determine how bonus will be spent within the framework described herein. Bonus (and the customer s entitlement to them) will expire 24 months after the date of the activity through which they were accrued. SAP reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. SAP will notify customers registered in this program of any such changes. These are subject solely to Swiss law. Neither the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods nor any conflict-of-law provisions shall apply. The sole place of jurisdication for any legal disputes is Zurich-1, Switzerland. Bonus may be used to pay for training courses organized by SAP Education in Switzerland and for the consulting meetings of SAP (Switzerland) Inc. 5 / 75 / 7
