2 Objective The purpose of this presentation is to show a summary of a preliminary study, and explore possible options for involving companies with commercial best practices in the management, operations assistance or maintenance of Pemex pipelines. The objectives of such involvement could include performance improvement in safety, environment, operations efficiency and financial performance. 20 Relationship Main Features Pemex E&P seeks relationships that optimize pipelines system performance, create substantial performance gains in safety, operations and costs for Pemex, while providing value to the contractor Price list for explicit and clearly defined activities, services and works Pemex is analyzing an economic mechanism to promote better performance Gains based on contractor suggested process or other value added improvements post award (e.g., value engineering) Key performance indicators which may be at the system or segment level, versus catalogues activities, (e.g. incident free days, volume transported versus plan, overall cost versus plan, etc.)
