1 Quick Reference Guide Online Treasury Manager: Security Administrator Logging On To Log On to Online Treasury Manager 1. Enter your Customer ID and Customer Password and your User ID and User Password. 2. Click Login. To Administer Online Treasury Manager Security From the drop-down menu, select: Corporate Users to create users and assign user permissions. Security Administrator Flow 1 Add Users 2 Maintain Users 3 Set User Permissions 4 Set Service Permissions 1. Adding Users To Add Users 1. Select the Corp Users tab. 2. Enter a unique ID in the Code field. 3. Enter the user s Name. 4. Click the Add button. 5. On the User Entry page, enter a temporary User Password (and reenter to validate). 6. Enter the User Name and Address information. 7. Enter a Contact Name. 8. Enter the Enable Date, which defaults to today s date but may be revised to a future date, if needed. 9. If this user should have Security Administrator rights, click on the Yes radio button for Administrator (Y/N). 10. Click the Add button. Maintaining Users User maintenance consists of changing user characteristics, resetting passwords, unlocking users, and deleting users when they no longer need access. To Change Users 1. Select the Corp Users tab. 2. Select the user you wish to change. 3. Click the Change button. 4. Make changes. If a user becomes locked out of Online Treasury Manager, you can change the user s Login Status radio button to Unlocked. 5. Click the Change button. To Delete Users 1. Confirm that the user to be deleted has been deactivated from the service by selecting the Corp User Permissions tab, selecting the User, and moving all services from active to inactive using the arrow button. 2. Select the Corp Users tab. 3. Select the user you wish to delete. 4. Click the Delete button. 5. Verify information. 6. Click the Delete button. 3. Assigning User Permissions User permissions indicate the tasks they are allowed to perform. To Assign Users to Services 1. Select the Corp User Permissions tab. 2. Select a User to whom you want to assign services. 3. Select the Inactive Services you want to assign to a user and click the Arrow button to make them Active. Select User Select Service Click Arrow

3 3. Assigning User Permissions continued The following tables define the service permissions for each module. When the permission is moved from inactive to active, the user can perform the specified functions. ACH ACHBatch ACHImport ACHPartMnt ACHActivate ACHApprove ACHRpt ACHReversal ACHPassThru ACHPTReport ACHUserPerm* ACHMapDef* Add and manage ACH batches. Import an ACH file from an outside source to assist in creating a batch template. Change data associated with ACH participants or delete participants records. Update entries and activate ACH batches. Approve ACH batches that have been activated. View current and historical ACH data. Submit a request to the bank for a reversal of a transaction already submitted. Pass ACH files created outside of Online Treasury Manager through to the bank s ACH origination system for processing. Query all pass-thru files. Grant permissions to the ACH functions to corporate users. Define ACH maps for Online Treasury Manager to use when you import files into the ACH product. A map is a set of instructions that controls the format of the import file and how the import file functions. Account Transfer BKIn BKRept BKAcct* Initiate an account transfer. Review account transfers. Assign account permissions to corporate users. Activity Audit* Audit report for system and user activity. Corporate Users UserMaint* UserPerm* To set up and manage corporate users. To set up and manage corporate user service permissions.

Assigning User Permissions continued Balance Reporting BRRept Irrept MultiDay BRIIFMap* BrAcct* IrAcct* BrGroups* View or export the report that provides balance and transaction information for accounts for the previous day. View or export a report that provides balance and transaction information for accounts for the current day. View or export a report that provides previous-day balance and transaction information for accounts within a range of dates. Enter the information for a correlation between the Online Treasury Manager account number for an account and the account name that QuickBooks uses to identify that account. Add and remove account permissions for previous-day reporting for individual corporate users. This determines which accounts the user can access when producing a standard Previous-Day Balance and MultiDay statement reports. Add and remove account permissions for same-day reporting for individual corporate users. This determines which accounts the user can access when producing a standard Same-Day Balance report. Group individual balance reporting transaction types (BAI type codes) into transaction groups. These groups are available as query options when producing the Same-Day Balance report and the Previous-Day Balance report. ERD Reports ERDRpt ERDPerm* View ERD reports. Manage corporate user permissions to ERD reports. Images ImageSearch ImageHistory ImgPerm* Submit a query to an image or range of images from the SunTrust image archive. Images are available for most paper-based transactions including paid checks, deposited tickets, deposited items, and account adjustments. For one business day, you can select images from a list of all images retrieved (using the image search function) the prior day. Provides fast access to any item that was recently retrieved. Assign image accounts to corporate users.

Review all stop payment requests generated through the Online Treasury Manager. Assign or revoke stop payment accounts to corporate users. Indicate whether the bank should pay or return the exception check, and enter manual check issue and manual check void requests. Display manual check issues and manual voids placed on your accounts. Add manual check issues. Add manual check void requests. For reverse positive pay decision making. Input return requests for one or more paid checks from the previous business day. Assign positive pay accounts to corporate users. Wire Transfer MTIn MTApprove MTRpts MTCustTemp MTBShortList MTAcctPerm* MTTPerm* MTAcctAppr* Add wire transfer requests, using wire templates or free-form requests. Manage pending wire transfer requests that require approval. Approve requests, delete requests, edit requests, and unlock requests related to their user ID. Request and view processed wire transfer reports. The Outgoing Wire Report displays your approved wire transfer requests. Add and manage wire transfer templates for their own personal use or for use by other corporate users. Add and manage Bank Short List, which is a personalized list of banks you use for wire transfer activity. Assign wire transfer accounts to corporate users. For each account, you also set the wire transfer entry and approval limits. Add and manage permissions to bank-defined wire transfer templates for corporate users. Setup and manage wire transfer approval settings for corporate users accounts. * Security Administrator permissions.

6 Quick Reference Guide Online Treasury Manager: Security Administrator 4. Assigning Service Permissions Service Permissions provides the users access to accounts, transaction types and limits. The Permissions page you see varies with the service. Some services have multiple pages. Make sure you click all the tabs. To Assign Permissions by Service 1. Select the appropriate administration function from the main drop-down menu. For instance, ACH Admin to assign user permissions to ACH companies, transaction types and authorization limits for ACH Initiation. Acct Transfer Admin to assign user permissions to accounts and type/limits for Account Transfer. BR Admin to assign user permissions to previous day and same day accounts for Balance Reporting. ERD Admin to assign user permissions to reports and accounts for Electronic Report Delivery (ERD). Note: Accounts are assigned by Report Type within this module. Stop Admin to assign user permissions to accounts for Stop Payment. Positive Pay Admin to assign user permissions to accounts for Positive Pay. Wire Admin to assign user permission to accounts, templates and entry/approval limits for Wire Transfer. Assign Service Permissions

7 Logging Out To Log Out Select Logout tab at the top of each screen to exit application and close connection completely. Maintaining Your Password To Change Your Password 1. Click Change Password. 2. Enter your Customer ID and Customer Password and your User ID and User Password. 3. Enter your new password and then reenter the new password. Click the Login button.
