2 INTRODUCTION These add on is created for printing invoice in format of, medical items wholesalers / distributers / marketing agencies, this add on can facilitate user for print, manufacturing company, and marketing company on invoice, the main plus point of invoice is half page printing with major covering details. INSTALLATION This add-on gets installed automatically when downloaded from the tally market place. BEST PRACTICE Important! 3 STEP BY STEP SETUP To use this add-on follow the below steps To enable this add on effect press F > F6 - set enable medical agency invoice -- YES After enabled this add on, enter your firm / company (s) D.L. no. By pressing F11 - F3 - as per given in below screen

4 To enter your party (s) D.L. No. Go to account info ledger create / alter as per given in below screen To enter Manufacturing Company, Marketing Company, Batch, Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date, MRP go to inventory info stock item create / alter as per given in below screen (don t forget to modify respective F12 configurations.) Note: in case of manufacturing company and marketing company ensure that you have maintained stock group and stock category as per your invoice format.

5 If you want Manufacturing Company for stock item instead of default stock group you need to set, Use parent company name instead of stk. Category? : YES in F12 Configuration as per below To enter Dispatch and LR details got to voucher entry s supplementary screen as per given in below screen (don t forget to modify respective F12 configurations.)

6 After completing voucher press Alt + P for print and press F12 for printing configurations for hide / unhide some unwanted columns. From invoice like below screen shots, also press Alt+ E for export of invoice PRINTING CONFIGURATIONS SCREEN
