Regardless of whether you are planning a dinner for one, a wedding reception, conference or congress, the Hogatex function sheet always fits the bill! The data from the function sheet screen can be entered to suit the particular occasion and are exported to Microsoft Word at the press of a button. TheWord import function also saves you time! You will no longer need standard texts such as sets of agreements, set menu lists, wine lists or function sheets. If only slight variations are made, it is possible to copy entire function sheets. Thanks to the import/export copy function, you have more time to devote to your guests and to organize the actual event. Graphic elements such as a photo of the ballroom or a graphic image of the events room are integrated with ease into the function sheet. The special feature of the Windows version is the significant amount of time it saves you, both in the case of changes in the graphic room plan, which are made quickly simply by clicking with the mouse (Drag & Drop function), by permitting flexible word processing with Word, and also in the designing of room and floor plans using the VISIO graphics program.
