With Quandoo you ll be able to manage all your incoming reservations (through Quandoo, your website, or over the phone) in a centralised, easy-to-use management system that will allow you to optimise your restaurant s capacity to drive more revenue. Our teams will make sure that your restaurant has a strong online presence. Once we get all the content from you (menu, pictures, etc.), we will create a unique profile on the Quandoo network that will allow restaurant lovers out there to discover how wonderful your business really is. We ll help you integrate the Quandoo widget on your website so you can benefit from our basic marketing package and turn your website s visitors into real guests. Of course, if you don t have a website yet, we will take care of it. Once again, welcome on board, it s great to have you with us! Your Quandoo Team
2 . Onboarding: Next Steps CONTENT COLLECTION 2. Advantages of the Quandoo Widget The Booking Widget is an integral component of Quandoo s marketing approach and works to retarget visitors to your website. Your marketing reach will become approximately 50-60% higher once the widget is implemented. Visitors to your restaurant s website will receive a cookie when the Quandoo Reservation Calendar is loaded and for the following seven days they will benefit from targeted online marketing campaigns. The objective is to convince the potential guest to make a reservation at your restaurant. With your help we would like to proceed in setting up your account with Quandoo. We will take care of everything for you, but we will require some information along the way to ensure that we can provide you with the perfect online profile and best possible service. Your profile page benefits greatly from any additional content you d like us to upload, so don t hesitate to provide us with a menu, additional pictures of your restaurant or descriptions highlighting certain aspects of your restaurant that we can work into our editorial. Just send it all over to support.uk@quandoo.com and we ll take care of it. 3 . Success story 4. Basic handling Here is a great example of how Quandoo s marketing grows our partner businesses over time, demonstrating the fact that we are a long-term solution. Our smart algorithm chooses the most effective keywords for a particular partner, increasing cover numbers the longer the partner works with us. September October November A CANCEL: Canceling a reservation is possible when the customer has booked a table but their restaurant visit has not yet happened. For various reasons you may not be able to accommodate a booking and need to cancel. The customer will then receive an automatic informing them that they cannot be accommodated at that time and inviting them to make a reservation for a different time slot. All Increase 9 months (%) 90.57% % 457.0% B C NO SHOW: On occasions when customers do not turn up at your restaurant at the booked time, mark the reservation as No Show to avoid being charged for it. After 24 hours of the reservation time, use the Revoke function instead of No Show. EDIT PERSON COUNT: If the number of people arriving at your restaurant for a booking is different than that stated on the reservation, you can also edit the person count. 5 6
4 GUESTS The Guests tab allows you to review information on all the customers who have visited your restaurant. You can even edit the data - add a phone number, , address or special notes for particular guests. You can also view your customer s reservation history and inspect particular reservations. If you already have a list of regular customers, you can also add them using the +Add New button. TIME-MATRIX The purpose of the Time-Matrix is to provide you with a clear overview of the time slots currently available for new reservations. You can also create and edit reservations easier than ever before: simply click and drag on the Time-Matrix to set the desired length of time for the reservation; then you will be automatically directed to enter customer particulars and reservation details. As mentioned earlier, the table displays all the times at which the restaurant is closed, so it is easy to keep your reservations up to date and accurate, helping to optimise restaurant turnover. 7 8
5 CALENDAR The Calendar allows you to easily adjust your restaurant s opening and closing times. You can also add special opening and closing days and cut-off times for reservations. REPORTS To download a report, go to the Reports tab. Here you can select the timeframe you want the report to cover, specify the type of reservations to be included and even choose particular areas of your restaurant you want data for. You can export the following data: SPECIAL OPENING DAYS: The special opening days feature allows you to open the restaurant for reservations on days when it normally would have been closed, such as special occasions or public holidays. SPECIAL CLOSING DAYS: The special closing days feature allows you to block reservations completely for certain days, or even specify particular channels that should be closed to reservations at any one time (for example, blocking all reservations through the booking widget or Quandoo portal). CLOSING TIMES: The closing times feature allows you to schedule closing times for your restaurant across different channels on a regular period. CUT-OFF TIMES: The cut-off times feature allows you to block additional reservations coming in for a certain day or at a specific time, while still allowing reservations at the same time on other days. 9 0

Area management You can allow customers to make reservations via our reservation widget for up to two different areas (e.g. Restaurant & Bar). Guest management You have complete control over your customer base with our most advanced Business Center product. Review management As a Professional or Premium partner you can reply to all the guest reviews on your Quandoo Portal page, allowing you to engage with your guests and establish closer relationships.
