Acuant s idscan is our proprietary software that extracts both images and text from identity documents with ease and accuracy to populate into any application you choose. Acuant s MedicScan is a best-in-class healthcare front office solution that reads data from both ID cards and Medical Insurance cards to automatically populate fields in Patient Management Systems and EMRs. Acuant s SnapShell and ScanShell is a complete suite of image capture devices optimized for use with our software to read drivers licenses, passports, medical insurance cards, and other forms of ID quickly and accurately. The Acuant Global Partner Program is dedicated to the development and promotion of partner solutions and services globally with categories to meet specific geographic, vertical and service level requirements. 3 Partner Program Levels Independant Software Vendors (ISV) Independent Software Vendors (ISV) are companies who provide specific vertical application focus to their targeted market (i.e. healthcare, finance, automotive) who could benefit from the automated capture, verification and use of credentials but do not want to resell Acuant hardware or software solutions. Specific SDK support is provided to ensure a seamless integration. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) partners are companies who provide specific vertical application focus to their targeted market (i.e. healthcare, finance, automotive) who could benefit from the automated capture, verification and use of credentials. For a one-stop shop they also resell Acuant hardware and/or software solutions either branded or white-labeled. Specific SDK support is provided to ensure a seamless integration. Distributors Distributors partners who primarily resell to a specific group of Value Added Resellers in a designated geography or vertical markets. Distributors provide VARs the added benefit of credit terms, stock in hand and volume discounts with purchases of adjacent products. Value-Added Resellers Value Added Resellers (VAR) Partners are companies who provide regional or national sales coverage for Acuant products, usually with a specific added-value vertical expertise or set of supporting services. 02 Global Partner Program

Sales Support Acuant offers a comprehensive set of sales tools and resources to support you at every step of the sales cycle. Competitive Information Market-specific tools, including case studies and sales guides will be available. Technical Support All members have access to and telephone technical support. Our comprehensive technical support team is available 24x7x365 to help registered partners and customers troubleshoot technical issues and find answers to questions on Acuant solutions using sales, marketing, product bulletins, and technical documentation. Partner Education Acuant will provide partners with all the necessary tools and education that cover training and demonstration preparation. 6 Software Developer s Kit (SDK) Maximize Usability of Credential Capture Across Document, Cloud, Mobile, Networking or Kiosk Self- Service Solutions We are proud to offer a complete, easy to use Software Developers Kit (SDK), which consists of a set of integrable files (Dynamic libraries and objects, API documents and code samples) that communicates quickly and seamlessly with any database application. One integration fits all - Our SDK was designed to provide maximum flexibility and solution for various customer s needs therefore a single integration fits to a wide range of cards and passports scanning devices from which your users could choose the most suitable for their needs and budget. Trial License Authorized partners will have access to a rotating thirty (30) day trial license for idscan at no cost that can be used for development and demonstration purposes only. Marketing and Demand Generation The Acuant Global Partner Program offers many opportunities to leverage marketing tools to drive new opportunities in your vertical market or geographic region. Programs are designed with specific educational information to help you educate your customers around security vulnerabilities and potential issues. Our Marketing team has created multi layer campaigns that allow you to contact your customers via , social media and online communications. 7 Partner Requirements Acuant will make every effort to ensure that partners have the necessary tools, knowledge and support to be successful. Partners will be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that the partner is on target. Acuant will require all VAR, Distributor and OEM partners to participate in an annual business plan session with the dedicated account manager.
