6 Delivering Value through Collaboration The Shared Services Alliance has successfully added value for the Alliance Members since m saved since 2010 Successful collaborative procurement programme with annual spend now over 400m Decreasing value as aggregation benefit reduces New Collaborative Category Management Model 2m a year investment Full time team of m savings to deliver by 2020 SSA Change Programme will create a new operating model to seek new value opportunities Investment secured for 4 years to fund SSA Programme Team and its activities 6
