Cloud Factory utilises a purpose built cloud voice platform which has been designed and manufactured by International powerhouse Ericsson-LG Enterprise using their proven ipecs-cloud platform and portal.

10 Features Standard Features IP Deskphone Deskphone An easy-to-use 4 Button IP Deskphone that includes the features below. DDI & Extension Features Direct Dial In (DDI) A service that allows a caller to bypass the operator and direct dial the required extension within an organisation. Extension An extension is a phone or internal phone line connected to the hosted telephone system. The extension contains the complete set of features that define the phone s operation including the extension number. Mobile Extension A mobile phone may be registered to an extension allowing the mobile phone to place and receive calls through the system. Voic Features Voic When an extension activates Voic , the call is transferred to a mail box enabling the caller to leave a message. You can personalise your voic with your own message and this will be followed by a beep tone. Voic to Allows you to receive your voic s as a sound file (.wav) to your address, you can then retrieve and manage all your voic s by any client (PC/Mobile/webmail). Your voic s will now become part of your main communication stream rather than being held at your deskphone back at the office. Message Waiting A calling feature that illuminates an LED on a message waiting button to notify a telephone user of waiting voic or SMS (text from another extension) messages. Auto Attendant or Virtual Receptionist A feature that allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension without the intervention of an operator / receptionist by choosing from multiple options. Group Features Paging Group Extensions can be grouped to receive paging announcements which are played over the speaker of Cloud Factory deskphones. Hunt Group Calls can be routed to a hunt group, which is programmed to distribute the call based on the group type and settings. For example groups can distribute calls in a circular fashion, by longest idle phone, by first idle phone (list based), or ring all phones in the group (a ring group). Additionally Hunt groups can overflow unanswered calls to a variety of destinations Calling Features Call Pickup A feature that enables users in a programmed call pick-up group to answer calls for each other by pressing a preprogrammed button or a special sequence of buttons. Click to Call Users can generate a call to a company directory contact by selecting the contact entry at the customer user web page. Call Park A feature that allows a person to put a call on hold at one deskphone and continue the conversation from any other deskphone. The call park feature is activated by pressing a pre-programmed button or a special sequence of buttons. Call Forwarding A feature that redirects a telephone call to another destination. This can be another extension, a mobile telephone, voic box or another telephone number. Hold Music or Music on Hold (MoH) When an incoming call is placed on hold, the system will play audio from a defined MoH source. This lets the caller know that the call is still active. Three Way Call A feature that allows a combination of internal and/or external parties to be connected in a three way conference call. Caller ID A service that allows a callers telephone number to be displayed on the LCD screen of the called party. If programmed, a name may be displayed instead of a number. Do Not Disturb (DND) A feature that allows a user to reject incoming calls by selecting a feature button or soft key, or entering a code via the deskphone keypad. Once the station is in DND mode, incoming calls are automatically forwarded to another extension, auto attendant or voic . Busy Lamp Field (BLF) An LED on the deskphone which notifies you whether another extension within your organisation is busy on a call or not. Phone & Call Log Features Deskphone Call Log Users can view a list of incoming, outgoing and missed calls on their deskphone by pressing the log soft key. Call Log via Portal Each user may log into their own portal web page giving enhanced control and information relating to their extension. This includes a log and detailed summary of their calls. Billing Portal Allows customers to login and view the current calling spend and call details through a simple and easy to use web interface from anywhere.

11 Features Optional Features Skype for Business/Microsoft Lync Call Control This Cloud service connects the powerful features of Skype for Business to your deskphone via a magnetic client application. Skype for Business (Microsoft Lync) with Call Control can control the deskphone, make calls to the Lync database using the deskphone, as well as control deskphone features such as DND, call forward, transfer and Pickup. Customised Hold Music When an incoming call is placed on hold the system will play audio from a defined MoH source. This lets the caller know that the call is still active. Your own personalised Music file* can be uploaded to the Cloud. *Music files cannot breach copyright. Call Recording A conversation can be recorded automatically or by pressing a pre-programmed button. The call is recorded to a recording server and is accessible via an online portal. Recordings can be downloaded or played back online. Call Control This option enables your Cloud Factory phone to be used to provide basic voice capability to your Lync/Skype for Business service. This will provide click to call type capability from your PC through your Cloud Factory phone. Additional Auto Attendant Allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension without the intervention of an operator/receptionist by choosing from multiple options. Multiple layers of greetings and destinations can be set up but requires additional licenses. Virtual Mailbox This a Voic box that is available for multiple uses i.e. users wanting to utilize voic but don t have a physical phone or needing a company voic . This can also be setup as an Auto Attendant destination or an end point of a Hunt Group ring flow. We are able to offer this with or without its own Direct Dial Number. Conference Room A user can set up a conference room and invite internal and/or external callers to join the conference. Users can be asked to enter a password in order to join the conference. Account Coding Allows users to track specific calls for reporting and/or billing purposes. The feature is activated by entering a preprogrammed sequence of digits while on the call. Hot Desking/Virtual Desk Cloud Factory Phones can be assigned as Hot Desk phones allowing users (Agents) to login with the cloud. The Hot Desk will become active and will take on the attributes defined for the Agent s extension number. When the Agent logs off, the Hot Desk phone becomes inactive and the Agent s calls are forwarded to the user-entered destination. A different Agent may then login through the inactive Hot Desk phone. Virtual Desk is similar, but instead of logging into a Hot Desk dedicated phone, a user can log into another user s phone. Disaster Recovery/Call Failover If your extension becomes disconnected and is not working due to a power outage, natural disaster or other reasons, we are able to send your extension calls to a pre-programmed phone number as specified by you during installation. Remote Office Have your extension control your home/mobile phone as if you were in the office. From the portal, you are able to have the system ring your home/mobile number and once answered, you will then be connected to the person who you dialled through the portal. Fax to A service that converts a received Fax message/s into a format that can be forwarded to you as an . Advanced Features Skype for Business/Microsoft Lync Call Control with Voice If you currently use Skype for Business, you can leverage your investment with the Cloud Factory s Skype for Business Voice client. The (magnetic) client latches onto your Skype for Business application and provides the application with a voice platform, so you no longer need to use another device to link with Skype to add calling to your Lync investment. Contact Centre Suite Cloud Factory includes a specific portal for users to access and control their ACD Report functions. ACD Report Portal allows the ACD Agent, Supervisor or Manager access to statistical and performance monitoring information, and provides softphone type controls for the Agent/Supervisor phone and a wallboard feature for the ACD Manager. In addition, the ACD Manager can set defined service level indicators that both Managers and Supervisors can access. IP Attendant This is a powerful PC-based attendant console, designed to enhance call handling and control functions of the attendant, through superb intuitive drag & drop actions. It also allows the attendant to manage the directory with ease of use and a graphical user interface. As a fully functional soft phone the Cloud Factory IP Attendant is an extension in its own right, without the need to be linked to a deskphone. Enterprise Server Integration Designed to integrate with Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business sites that have their own Enterprise Server. Allows complex integration options with our Cloud Factory offering. To be launched in late 2016: UC Client In late 2016 Cloud Factory will support its own native Unified Communications solution UCE.
