2 Q: What version of SAP do we normally supportwork with? A: We work with SAP versions 4.6c and upwards. so fairly old versions but we have a lot of customers still on ECC5.0 and the majority on ECC6.0 Q: Where do we really see the advantages of Winshuttle versus other workflow? A: Where Winshuttle can potentially add benefit into your workflow processes is by being able to automate not only the processes inside SAP but also capture and wrap around the workflow process around for everybody in the organization to be able to access and have input. Q: Can my users be non-sap users actually filling data into the forms? A: Yes, Winshuttle can accommodate all of your users across the organization but you are also able to model to that workflow without the need for any developmentabap development. Q: What type of validation do Winshuttle provide? A: There are a number of validations that Winshuttle can manage. They may be validations that are on-line so against SAP so utilizing your existing SAP configurations and validations. You can also add some validations through the Winshuttle tools e.g. looping and if. conditions (as per demo). Also When using on Winshuttle web-forms various drop-down lists and validations can be utilized for added checks of the data. Winshuttle can also connect to other external web services that might do validations on address various objects or data sets for example e.g. Address Doctor, or VAT registrations or / Companies House validations can be made through Winshuttle forms. Q: How do you handle security? A: We natively enforce your existing SAP authorisations meaning you can only use Winshuttle to simplify & accelerate what you would otherwise be able to do manually in SAP. Q: Can additional rules be built into the recorded script? A: Yes. You can create conditions in your transaction scripts which allow you to add more flexibility for a specific scenario. Q: Does SharePoint - do Winshuttle we have a roadmap with Office 365 in mind? A: Yes, Winshuttle is currently developing and testing out an on-line product around Winshuttle forms and workflow capabilities being supported and managed through the Microsoft Azure Cloud Network. So if you currently do not have SharePoint installed across your organization this would be something to talk to us about. The first company that is testing out the Winshuttle Office 365 online capabilities is Microsoft Corporation. Q: Does the workflow user who sees a drop-down need to be an SAP user? A: The drop-down values can be populated by the form and they can be populated by the user who develops the form. The users utilizing the data on the form do not need an SAP connection

3 at that point if the data is being brought through by a SharePoint list or it is a static drop-down in the form itself. Q: Does the Winshuttle tool provide a plug-in into SharePoint? A: Winshuttle Enterprise is installed on your existing SharePoint platform. This is not a plug-in but additional form and workflow functionality for SAP specific processes which can be simply installed and used alongside all of your existing SharePoint investments. Q: Does Winshuttle require SharePoint Enterprise licenses or Standard? A: Either type of SharePoint license can be used in conjunction with Winshuttle. Q: Where are the validation rules created and maintained? (In Winshuttle, Excel or SAP?) A: You can maintain them in all three actually. See the options below: 1) Winshuttle provides a validation feature within Transaction. The Excel sheet populated with data will be validated using the defined rules in the target SAP system and relevant messages are displayed in the validation log column. 2) A second validation check can be built into the Transaction script using a validation by list feature. A typical example might be listing all the required company codes within the validation list so that when the Transaction script is run, a check is performed to check whether the data set contains a company code within the list; if it doesn t, that particular line entry is not processed. Relevant error messages are displayed to the user to inform that the data entered is not part of the validation list. 3) Data may also be validated in Excel using any of the standard Excel features (look-up tables, formulae, macros, etc.) it is the result of any such functionality that is passed to SAP. Q: Is uploading data only based on recording? There are some fields where recording is not possible like one field for different values. What would the solution be for that? A: For screens where recording is not possible, Winshuttle has the capability to expose and consume SAP BAPIs in order to create relevant scripts. In situations where one field has different values, this is typically not an issue when recording using Winshuttle as the data can be adjusted in the Excel data source and we can also apply conditional logic in the Winshuttle script to enable flexibility in the management of different values per screen. Q: What are the limitations of Winshuttle in SAP? A: Most Transactions in a SAP GUI based system can be recoded using Winshuttle. Limitations are encountered when the SAP system is portal based e.g. CRM and SRM. However, if the specific CRM, SRM transaction can be identified, we can expose and consume the BAPI in SAP and create a Winshuttle script using this approach. Winshuttle also does not directly record transactions in MDM and VIM. Q: While running linked scripts, how does Winshuttle handle errors?

4 A: A Winshuttle script to upload data from Excel to SAP will process each record sequentially row by row. As each row is processed by the script, a log message is appended to the log column in Excel showing the user the SAP message that has been received. If an error has occurred for a particular row, the data in the row is not uploaded to SAP. For example, if I was creating 100 materials in SAP, and I ran a Winshuttle script, processed 98 successfully and 2 had errors those 2 row items will have a message indicating why the record was not uploaded and will not have been processed into SAP. The remaining 98 records will be processed to SAP. This works the same way for Master data and Transactional data i.e. creating journal entries, purchase orders, contracts etc.
