Regardless of the size of facility, specialty, location, and current digital systems (none to international EMR), providers seek better ways to work with patients outside of the facility, before and after visits 3. Facilities are willing to pay for health technology, including engagement, as they recognize the pain point and can understand the potential benefits 4.
