2 GENERAL SRT INDUSTRIES, Tower Components & Structural Fabrication Unit established in 2002 and located at Cherlapally s prime industrial area in Hyderabad. The facility consists of 1200 Sq Mtrs of Built up area in a Total area of 3200 Sq Mtr, equipped with all modern tools & equipment for manufacturing of towers to Cellular, Transmission Line and Substation Structure Industry. We have an Installed capacity of Producing Towers of 6,000 MT per annum. We have an agreement with reputed Galvanizers in Hyderabad to perform Galvanizing Activity for the Fabricated Items. SRT manufactures Towers for different applications like a) Communication Towers b) Transmission Towers c) Yard Structures d) Substation Structures e) Rural Electrification Items. f) General Engineering Items. g) Solar Panel Mounting Structures We manufacture Towers in Square /Triangular shape. These could be fabricated out of angles/ pipes or could be hybrid construction. The construction of tower could be partly welded and bolted based on the Customer specifications. 3 Buyer can choose any type of tower. Each type will be guaranteed to meet the performance specifications laid out by buyer. We have erected self-supporting towers in thousands all over the country and in foreign countries. Some of the Quality standards followed at SRT Industries, in Manufacturing various Towers. IN Galvanising : IS 2629 : Recommended Practice for Hot Dip Galvanizing IS 2633 : Method of Testing Uniformity of Zinc Coating IS 4759 : Specification for Hot Dip Zinc Coatings on Structural steel and allied Products. 6 OTHER FACILITIES Apart from above in-house facilities, we have long term arrangements with specialized consultants for a) Testing of materials as per applicable standards. b) Galvanization of fabricated tower materials We can organize the following tests in relation to tower 1. Mr J Kutumba Rao, Chief Promoter of the Industry having 19 Years hands on experience in the similar field worked at different capacities in reputed Tower manufacturing Organizations and later on successfully running of existing setup. We have a Team of 25 members in the Factory to handle different activities of Manufacturing Processes. The team contains skilled and unskilled, seasoned to handle any type of situation in getting things done. A much focused, dynamic marketing team that understands the need of each customer, Installations and services on the Project. This not only promotes the clients trust but also enables our continual partnering with each of them. 8 Detailing of Design: After design, SRT s team offers the services of making a production drawing for each member, gusset, joint, of the tower. The drawings are prepared in AutoCAD. All applicable standards regarding pitch, edge distances etc are followed. All dimensions are given to the nearest millimeter. Fabrication of Tower Materials: Tower material is fabricated using precision machinery. Accuracy of all drilled or punched holes are maintained as per engineering drawing. Custom fabrication: We undertake custom fabrication of any item in steel with or without galvanizing. Some of the items supplied include foundation bolts, templates, tower brackets, antenna interfaces etc Construction of Foundations: Foundations are constructed as per design. The concrete mixture is maintained as per design. Proper curing is done to achieve desired strength of concrete. Galvanizing of Fabricated Materials: All material is hot dip galvanized as per applicable standards after the fabrication. All holes are coated through. All weld joints are coated. The thickness of coating is checked for each lot of galvanizing. Installation & Painting: SRT Team undertakes Installation and painting of towers as per Instructions manual. All safety procedures are followed. Nut & bolts are properly tightened. Painting is done as desired by the customer. SRT INDUSTRIES Page 8
