The product is water-resistant and has a 3 minute skin time. Applications include: excellent for table contours, cabinet frames, cabinet moldings, union joints in doors, internal and external wooden doors, wooden furniture, and much more. 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP920 Resistant to harsh environments, DP920 has the durability to adhere metal to metal for extended periods of time. 4 Adhesives 3M Aerosol Adhesives 3M Series 20 Woodworking Spray Adhesive 3M TM Super 77 Multi-purpose Spray Adhesive A high performance, industrial grade spray adhesive used to bond high pressure laminations, veneers, fiberglass, headlines, foams, fabrics, glass, mirrors, cork, title, rubber, and steel. 3M Series 27 Multi-purpose Spray Adhesive As an economical, industrial grade, general purpose clear aerosol adhesive, the Series 27 bonds a wide variety of lightweight materials including paper, cardboard, plastic films, foam, and fiberglass insulation.. The product s precise spray control and variable spray width makes it easy to apply. 3M Polystyrene Foam Insulation 78 Spray Adhesive This Adhesive is a high strength, high temperature resistant, industrial grade spray adhesive that creates a high temperature resistant bond while providing a long open time ideal for polystyrene panel bonding and roofing membrane attachment. 4

5 Sealants 3M Extreme Sealing Tape 4412N: Without drying time, dripping, oozing, or clean-up, the 4412N sealant sticks to many metals and plastics by contouring over edges, rivets, and screw hears for a water right seal. The Extreme Sealing Tape holds securely thought harsh temperatures, stays flexible to compensate for vibration and thermal expansion/contraction, and is paintable. Seaming and sealing uses induce: Parapet walls, trailer-home and RV roofs, metal buildings, vent stacks and windows, skylights, and patching. 3M All Weather Flashing Tape 8067 The 8067 tape is self-adhesive membrane used to seal window and door openings and other fenestrations against moisture intrusion. 7 Insulation 3M CR-20 Polyurethane Foam Insulation Adhesive Increasing Productivity The CR-20 adhesive is a low-rise, two-component polyurethane froth adhesive specifically designed to adhere to a variety of insulation board stock and various substrates in both new and re-roof applications. CR-20 was formulated to provide an extremely strong adhesive bond as well as controlled gap fill without lifting the insulation boards. Rapid Installation Only CR-20 has the self-contained, ready to dispense convenient kit that gives unprecedented access in an open stretch or harder to reach area. The kit is highly cost effective and requires no expensive spray equipment, maintenance costs or down time, as well as no external power source. 3M Scotch-Weld High Temperature Polystyrene Foam Insulation 78 HT Cylinder Spray Adhesive: The self-contained pressurized cylinder helps increase productively with its fast application and little setup, maintenance, and clean-up requirements. The 78HT quickly bonds to most insulations and cover boards including polystyrene and has a high holding power to EPDM and TPO. 7

8 Waterproofing 3M Scotch-Weld Hi-Strength Cylinder Spray Adhesive 94 CA As an industrial grade, high performing bulk spray adhesive, the 94 CA was formulated for high strength and high heat resistant bonds. The key features include the fast-drying formula to help speed-up assembly, the high resistance to moisture to protect bonds, and ability to bond to substrates such as wood, high pressure laminate, veneer, metal, plastics, soft foams, poly foams, carpets and more. 3M HoldFast 70 Spray Adhesive: The HoldFast 70 is an extremely versatile, fast-tacking industrial-grade adhesive with a unique wide-web spray pattern with heavy-body and low soak-in features. 9 Protection 3M Scotchgard 1004 Protective Film Clear, tough, polyester overlaminates that provide resistance to many types of accidental and intentional stains, graffiti, abrasion, and UV light. This product provides graphic or substrate protection on smooth, flat, or simple curved surfaces. Uses include: interior and exterior graphics and signs, commercial vehicle or fleet graphics and emblems, substrate and surface protection. 3M UV Resistant Polyester Overlaminating Film 7733FL This laminate utilizes a clear polyester film that is recommended for optimum durability and superior outdoor UV exposure and print fade protection. This adhesive offers excellent low temperature performance and is resistant to yellowing in outdoor applications. Additionally, this film liner offers superior graphic appearance for metalized or darker colors. A backside release coating helps minimize label blocking and is specifically designed for high-speed, continuous-web rotary press lamination. The polyester liner is recommended for clean room applications. 9

10 Protection 3M ScotchBlue Industrial Masking Tape 2750 This industrial making tape is a high performance crepe masking tape designed to be used in medium temperature paint bake operations. Designed to have strong holding to most surfaces resulting in sharp paint lines for both solvent and latex-based paints. The 2750 is sunlight resistant and has clean remove after up to three days of sunlight exposure. 3M Masking Tape 203 As a general purpose masking tape, the 203 can be used for holding, bundling, sealing and a vast number of other jobs where a pressure-sensitive tape is needed. This tape has great holding power to resist lift or curling, has a crepe paper-backing that resists slivering yet is hand tearable. Applications include: holding and bundling for a wide variety of materials. Scotch 2200, 2210 Vinyl Mastic Pads and Rolls Scotch Brand 2200 Pads and 2210 Rolls are selffusing, rubber based insulating compounds laminated to a flexible, all-weather grade vinyl (PVC) backing. These tape rolls and pre-cut pads are designed to insulate, moisture-seal and pad all connections up to 600 volts, and have excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acid, copper corrosion and varying weather conditions (including sunlight). 3M TM Scotch TM High Strength Filament Tapes Applications include: Bundling, palletizing, non-rsc box closing, color coding, reinforcing, coil tabbing, unitizing, combining, securing, and more. 10

11 Maintenance 3M Concrete Repair Self-leveling urethane flows smoothly into cleaned cracks and gaps and hardens in as little as five minutes. A fork lift can pass over a repair in as few as 15 minutes. Hardens to any depth without cracking or shrinking. Flexible urethane expands and contracts for durability that outlasts repairs made with concrete. 3M 5-Way Penetrant This is multi-purpose product that is effective for displacing moisture and drying out electrical apparatuses. As it drives out moisture, this spray frees rusted bolts and is used in general industrial, maintenance repair and operations (MRO) penetrating, dissolving, tapping, lubricating, rust inhibiting, cleaning and demoisturizing. 3M Citrus Base Cleaner An aerosol cleaner that dissolves and flushes away dirt, grease, tar, most non-curing type adhesive films, and similar substances. It is a citrus oil based cleaner that emulsifies when flushed with water and contains no petroleum distillates. This cleaner can be used to clean and degrease metal parts, motors, tools, printing presses, concrete, or almost any dirty or greasy surface. 3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover Removes adhesive residue after wood-grain vinyl or vinyl stripes have been removed. 12 Maintenance 3M Duct Tape 3900 The 3900 tape is a general purpose, conformable cloth duct tape made with polyethylene film over cloth scrim and rubber adhesive. A solid choice for general maintenance, wrapping, sealing, protecting and color coding. 3M Vinyl Duct Tape 3903 Embossed vinyl film with rubber adhesive offers advantages over conventional cloth duct tape. Unwinds easily, hand tears, is water resistant and is easy to write on or label. 3M Duct Tape 1900 Add cost-effective 3M Value Duct Tape 1900 to every tool box and job site for a variety of light-duty applications. 3M Aluminum Foil Tape Highly conformable foil tapes used in many applications requiring moisture and chemical resistance, thermal conductivity, heat and light reflectance, flame resistance and weatherability. 12

13 Maintenance 3M Outdoor Masking Poly Tape 5903 for Exterior Applications The 5903 tape is comprised of heavy duty polyethylene film and synthetic rubber adhesive. It is UV weather resistant and removes cleanly for up to one month with little or no adhesive residue on most opaque surfaces without deteriorating or fading. 3M Vinyl Tape 471 Conformable vinyl tape in nine colors that act as a pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive. 14 Final Details 3M VHB Tape 4910 and 5952 The VHB Tape 4910 and the 5952 are clear double-sided, pressure-sensitive, acrylic tapes with PE film liners, have high strength, are durable, and have a clean appearance. These two tapes are used for bonding, attaching, and mounting. 3M VHB Tape Applications With high holding power and long-term reliability, 3M VHB, bonds dimensional signs both internally and externally as well as mounting metal plaques on wooden doors. 3M Marine Adhesive/Sealant Fast Cure 4000UV A high quality cosmetic sealant cures to form a firm, rubbery, water-tight seal with superior UV resistance and a very low odor. The Fast Cure 4000 remains flexible. 3M VHB Double Coated Polyethylene Foam Tape 4496 and 4492 The two tapes are conformable, bond to irregular surfaces, and are used in general industry, and for mounting, attaching and sticking. 14

15 3M Fasteners: Dual Lock & Hook and Loop Final Details When 3M Dual Lock fasteners are pressed together, hundreds of mushroom-shaped stems interlock with one another. An audible snap announces that the fastener is locked. The result is excellent tensile strength which can replace unsightly mechanical fasteners in many applications. The durability of Dual Lock Fasteners allows for them to be opened and closed hundreds of times. 3M Scotch-Weld Hot Melt Adhesives Hot Melt adhesives are 100% solid thermoplastics resins that become fluid when heated and quickly wet the bonding surface. They cool, harden and reach bond strength in seconds. Assemblies can be moved immediately to keep production flowing. Used for joining metals Used to create easy- access control panels 3M Fastbond Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 4224NF The 4224NF is a water based carpet adhesive for adhering carpet matting tiles to the floor. This adhesive is designed for fast and easy application and is repositionable, such that tiles may be lifted and replaced as needed. 3M Fastbond Contact Adhesive 2000NF a water-based, high solid, activated adhesive which provides immediate bonding capabilities and handles strength without forced drying equipment. 15

16 Final Details 3M Double Coated Tape 9832 for Woodworking A high tack, acrylic based, double sided tape which produces an extremely thin bond line with immediate handling strength. Great for: Adhering, joining, affixing, bonding, mounting, holding, and attaching, HSE, some LSE material, wood, fabrics and foams. 3M High Performance Double Coated Tape 9088 The 9088 High Performance Double Coated Tape features high peel and shear strength with excellent resistance to UV light, is a good solvent and is plasticizer resistant. Applications include POP displays, indoor/outdoor signs, splicing, etc. 3M Clean-Walk Mats An adhesive coated mat that is used in removing dirt from the bottom of shoes, wheels or any passing objects. To expose an adhesive surface, just peel the top sheet back.
