The HCI-WF and HCI-MD are ideally suited for a variety of rod hanging appliations and offers signifiant time savings over traditional post-installed anhor solutions. Produt features Installation performed on top of the formwork. No overhead drilling. No sissor lift rental Hexagonal head prevents spinning in onrete Anhor bodies are olor oded for quik identifiation HCI-WF have large plasti flanges for seure seating to wood form. This prevents onrete seepage into the threading. HCI-WF have nothed nails that snap off easily at the onrete surfae after the wood forms are stripped. HCI-MD have a protetive plasti sleeve that helps to prevent onrete, sprayed-on firestop or sprayed-on insulation from fouling the threading. HCI-MD have a robust spring that seats the anhor reliably. Guide speifiations HCI-WF: Conrete anhor shall be arbon steel, ast-in type with single internal thread and a zin/yellow hromate plating and ontained by a plasti flange. Anhor shall have breakoff nails for attahment to the surfae of wood forms. Anhor will bear the and manufaturer name on its hexagon head. Anhors shall be HCI-WF as supplied by Hilti. HCI-MD: Conrete anhor shall be arbon steel, ast-in type with single internal thread and a zin/yellow hromate plating. Anhor shall have a protetive plasti sleeve, steel flange with predrilled additional fastening holes and plaement spring for attahment to metal dek, anhor is to be seured by lamping the dek between the steel flange and the protetive plasti sleeve.
