2 d. The Luxwood Building System achieves a minimum Acoustic Performance of Rw/Rw+Ctr 47/44db for walls and floors. Where required, the system may be deigned to achieve Rw/Rw+Ctr 55/52db or higher. For further details, see the Luxwood Building System Methods Guideline and Installation Manual Rev1. e. Fire Resistance provisions do not form part of this certification. If a Fire Resistance is required, contact the Certificate Holder. f. Thermal Resistance provisions J1.5, (a) and (a) only applies for climate zones 1 to 7. g. This certification relates only to the product as described above, and must be read, considered and used as a whole document it may be considered misleading and will be incomplete to be selective. Scope of certification: The CodeMark Scheme is a building product certification scheme. The rules of the Scheme are available at the ABCB website This Certificate of Conformity is to confirm that the relevant requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) as claimed against have been met. A2 Description of product A full system may include: Wall / Floor Panel; Wall Corners; U Channel; Roof Trusses and Frames; Fastening; POLEX Boards; Window and Door Frames; External Cladding; Ceiling System. Please refer to the Luxwood Panel Building System Methods & Guideline Installation Manual Rev1 for further details. Luxwood Panels Standard Thickness: 100mm Width: 450mm Length: 300mm up to 3000mm. POLEX Boards P1 - Compressed 1220mm x 2440mm x 9mm weatherproof sheets (grey). Used as a wall or floor substrate. P2 - Compressed 1220mm x 2440mm x 9mm weatherproof sheets (white). Used as an internal and external wall or soffit substrate when rendered and painted upto approx. 10mm thick. P3 - Aerated paper faced 1200mm x 2400mm x 10mm sheets (green). Used as a substitute for plasterboard for walls and ceilings.
