MFM SubSeal-40 is a prefabricated self adhering sheet-type waterproofing membrane. It is composed of a tough multi-layer high-strength polymer film that is coated with a layer of specially formulated rubberized asphalt adhesive. A release sheet protects the asphalt and is removed as the membrane is installed. Mastic selvedge on both edges for improved sealing. SubSeal-40 is engineered to be a multipurpose waterproofing sheet suitable for use under roofing materials, siding, exterior plaster, as a through wall flashing or in sub-grade applications where the membrane is protected from long-term ultraviolet exposure. DeckWrap protects the surface of the wood with a layer of asphalt adhesive. A durable film protects the asphalt. The asphalt adhesive selfseals around nails, DeckWrap adds years of life to any wooden structure. For deck installations, DeckWrap should be used as a flashing over the ledger board so that water will not enter the building. Use as a protective barrier to prevent rot, particularly between the decking and the joists. 12 DeckWrap is recommended. ACQ-treated lumber can cause untreated metal components, such as hangers and other brackets, to corrode prematurely. DeckWrap provides a protective barrier between ACQ lumber and metal components. Use 3 or 6 DeckWrap. For in-ground posts: Degradation of the wood is caused by fungal growth when the soil contacts the post. Even in a concrete base, fungi can degrade posts. Rot typically occurs up to six inches below grade. Fungal growth requires oxygen and moisture to thrive. Below six inches, there is little oxygen and rot is negligible. Application Instructions Technical Data MFM Roof Deck Tape is a self-adhering tape composed of a nonslip film coated with a BTS asphalt-based adhesive. The aggressive adhesive is protected by a disposable paper and self-seals around fasteners. Use MFM Roof Deck Tape to tape all joints and seams of a roof deck, preventing water from entering the structure.once the joints and seams are taped, the roof may be covered with roofing felt, synthetic or selfadhering underlayment. Should the main roof fail, Roof Deck Tape will prevent water from entering the structure between the roof deck panels. The aggressive Broad Temperature Spectrum asphalt-based adhesive used in Roof Deck Tape selfseals around roofing fasteners

4 such as nails, screws and staples. Additionally, it readily sticks to plywood, OSB, rigid foam insulation, metal and other common roof deck materials. Roof Deck Tape may also be used to prepare a substrate for Peel & Seal by taping wider than normal joint and seam gaps. A split release film protects the adhesive and is removed as the underlayment is installed. MFM Wind & Water Seal is engineered for use under all roofing materials including metal, asphalt, shake or concrete shingles, and clay tiles. MFM Wind & Water Seal adheres aggressively to most clean, dry substrates including metal, plywood, OSB, foam insulation, house-wrap, rigid vinyl and masonry. 9 Peel & Roof is an attractive, granule surfaced, selfadhering roof membrane designed to be installed directly to the roof deck or to a secure underlayment. It is ideal for slopes greater than 1/2 per foot. Peel & Roof is composed of a strong, pliable polyester mesh infused with rubberized asphalt adhesive and coated with a top surface of decorative ceramic granules. A perforated release film protects the adhesive surface before installation and a 3 selvedge provides a secure, waterproof seal. Peel & Roof may be used on commercial buildings (as seen on the right), additions, sheds, garages, barns, stables, and all manner of homes. It completely protects the ductwork from infiltration of outside moisture and harmful sunlight, and is warranted by MFM for 10-years. All surfaces should be clean, dry and warm. Use MFM Spray Adhesive to improve adhesion in shaded/shadowed areas, on the bottoms of ducts, and in cool temperatures. After measuring and cutting the section to the proper size, align and gently press FlexClad-400 into place; reposition if necessary. Unlike competitor products, the 40 mil thickness of FlexClad-400 provides excellent weather and self-sealing protection without the excess weight of unnecessary filler materials in its composition. The aluminum top surface is an extremely durable laminated film that is both highly tear- and puncture-resistant.
