Check with Supervisor. Blue/Green on Scrubber None Directions: NOTE: Read all instructions and cautions on product labels. 1. Remove gross soil (gum, labels, etc.), then dust mop floor. Mix one part stripper to four parts hot water in a bucket. 2. Apply solution liberally and uniformly to floor with clean mop. Avoid splashing. 3. Allow solution to remain on floor for 5 to 7 minutes. Do not let it dry. 4. Scrub floor thoroughly with floor machine or auto scrubber. 5. Pick up solution before it dries with wet vac, auto scrubber or a separate mop. 6. Rinse floor thoroughly with clean water and clean mop. Allow floor to dry completely before applying finish. 1. After floor has been stripped, pour finish into clean bucket. 2. Use clean rayon mop. Dip mop in finish. Squeeze out excess finish. Do not use wringer. 3. Outline area with mop. Apply finish uniformly, filling in outlined area with figure-eight motion. Stay away from edges. 4. Allow 30 to 45 minutes drying time between coats. 5. Apply 2 to 3 coats (more for UHS program). Last finish coat should cover all edges. 1. Remove gross soil (gum, labels, etc.), then dust mop floor. 2. For daily cleaning, dilute 1:32 (4 ounces per U.S. gallon) in a bucket, or 1:128 (1 ounce per U.S. gallon) in an auto scrubber. 3. Damp mop in figure-eight motion, or operate auto scrubber in overlapping pattern. 4. Pick up excess solution with mop or auto scrubber. Note: No rinsing is required unless you will be recoating. 1. Remove gross soil (gum, labels, etc.), then dust mop floor. Damp mop area if necessary (heavier than normal soil load). 2. Fill spray bottle with spray buff solution. 3. Spray a 4' x 6' area and make one pass to spread buffing solution. Make two more passes to buff and dry. Change pad as needed. 4. Dust mop if dust is present. 1. Clean floor with auto scrubber or mop (refer to directions under Clean column). 2. Operate the burnisher in a straight line over floor. Make overlapping passes. Change pads frequently. 3. Dust mop if dust is present. 4. Recoat floor as needed to keep floor protected. 1. Remove gross soil (gum, labels, etc.), then dust mop floor. 2. For deep scrubbing, dilute 1:32 (4 ounces per U.S. gallon)in a bucket, or 1:64 (2 ounces per U.S. gallon) in an auto scrubber. 3.Scrub floor thoroughly with floor machine, auto scrubber or wet mop. 4. Pick up excess solution with mop or scrubber, then rinse floor thoroughly with clean water and clean mop or auto scrubber. Note: Always rinse prior to recoating. 1. After floor has been scrubbed, pour finish into clean bucket. 2. Use clean rayon mop. Dip mop in finish. Squeeze out excess finish. Do not use wringer. 3. Outline area with mop. Apply finish uniformly, filling in outlined area with figure-eight motion. Stay away from edges. 4. Allow 30 to 45 minutes drying time. 5. Apply a second coat if desired.
