3 Reamers With more than 8,000,000 ft underreamed in 6,500 runs worldwide, the Rhino integrated borehole enlargement system has proved its ability to enhance drilling performance efficiently and reliably. Rhino XS reamer The Rhino XS hydraulically expandable reamer provides reliable hydraulic actuation for single-trip borehole enlargement with an activation ball that is dropped from surface. Rhino XS2 reamer The Rhino XS2 full-cycle expandable reamer is the latest addition to the integrated Rhino system. The tool enables effective hole cleaning at TD with full circulation rates. Rhino XC reamer The Rhino XC reamer provides complete control of reamer activation. It eliminates the need for time-consuming pumpdown activation devices and can be placed anywhere in the drillstring for increased operational flexibility. Hydraulic actuation for on-demand wellbore enlargement Ball-drop activation and deactivation for high-quality hole cleaning at TD

4 Cutting Blocks The design of the Rhino integrated borehole enlargement system reamers cutting structure is optimized for bit dynamics, formation lithology, and the entire BHA. Each cutter is in a unique location on the cutting profile for a more stable and durable reamer cutting structure. Reamer placement and operating parameters are optimized for maximum performance with the rest of the BHA components. The stabilizer uses three abrasionresistant stabilizer s with the Z-Drive* reamer cutter deployment system. Tungsten carbide hardfacing and diamondenhanced inserts are available to provide additional wear resistance. Diamond-enhanced gauge inserts Increased gauge pad area s Typically run in tandem with standard Rhino system reamers, cement s are designed for shoe-track drilling and postshoe-track drilling in formations that require enhanced stabilization. Fluid flow channel Gauge cutters located below gauge pad to avoid cutters running on casing ID cutter s cutter s stay sharp longer, enabling more footage to be drilled at faster ROP and providing maximum performance in a range of applications, including highly abrasive, interbedded, and difficultto-drill formations. 7 2 XS XS2 XC XS XS2 XC Dual-Reamer BHA An additional Rhino system reamer can be added to the the drillstring for specific underreamingwhile-drilling applications. Aiming to reduce drillstring vibration in borehole enlargement operations by increasing lateral support, a Rhino system stabilizer can be added above the Rhino system reamer. Another typical dual-reamer configuration is run when the additional Rhino system reamer is used with cement s to assist in clearing cement from casing when drilling out the shoe track. A third option exists for extremely challenging scenarios. For those, an additional Rhino system reamer with s can be used as insurance and activated if there is abnormal wear on the main reamer. 8 3 Rhino RHE System BHA The Rhino RHE rathole elimination system is designed to eliminate dedicated rathole runs and avoid costly trips back to surface. The integrated dual-reamer system comprises an active Rhino XS or Rhino XS2 reamer and a passive Rhino XC reamer. The system enlarges the borehole and reduces rathole length, providing on-demand activation with surface confirmation. 9 4 Rhino RHE System BHA + Running a Rhino RHE system eliminates dedicated rathole runs and reduces well construction time. To provide additional advantages such as extra stabilization, backup cutter s, or for cement clean out purposes, a third Rhino system reamer can be added to the BHA.
