Climate change and reforestation Reforestation is an important environmental issue of growing concern. International programs like the United Nations Initiative for Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (UN-REDD) are key for implementing global programs for reducing deforestation, emissions through reforestation and aforestation projects. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT Efforts to restore and establish global forest coverage have many benefits on a chemical, social and biological level. Planting new trees can help to reduce the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere. Greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane significantly contribute to a changing climate. Forest are an effective, natural carbon sink, soaking up much of the carbon emitted from burning fossil fuels. Reversing global deforestation is a key element of an effective mitigation strategy to fight global warming. The many benefits of reforestation Protecting species: In addition to the climate benefits, reforestation has the potential to preserve endangered species. A recovering forest restores habitat loss and degradation, leading threats to species health. Erosion and watersheds: Deforestation damages and destroys habitats through erosion. Forest restoration can reverse the damage done by erosion. Regional watersheds, a vital resource for human development, adversely impacted by deforestation can be brought back to health through reforestation. The benefits of reforestation and avoiding deforestation in the first place are clear. Forests help to fight against global climate change and help restore endangered species from extinction. It will also enable humans to better address world hunger issues as well as issues dealing with water usage and availability. 1

A BETTER FUTURE At GWI we work with respect and integrity to plant 10 millions trees in the degraded Amazon lands, helping the planet and people to build a BETTER FUTURE Planet needs tree to survive Industry needs fine wood to continue to work and generate more jobs. People need to build your financial future We need to reduce our carbon Footprint to help slow down the climate change GreenWorld Investments Environmental Impact Natural Tropical Forests are being depleted worldwide. Every tree we plant to produce wood for commercial usage saves a natural tree The land used to grow these commercial forests is land that has been priorly deforested. Your investment will reforest this land for 15 years The two largest tropical forests have lost 157 million hectares in the last 20 years! In the last 20 years South America lost more tropical forest coverage than Africa (82 million hectares vs. 75 million hectares)! At the current rate in a little more than 400 years there will be no tropical forests. 2

African Mahogany (Khaya Ivorensis), one of the trees planted is used for furniture, medicine, and paneling. Internationally acclaimed for its physical and mechanical characteristics, 90% of African mahogany is usable, thus making it the most utilized of all trees. The international price range per cubic meter is 800 to 950 dollars. And with a fast growth of 1.16 cubic meter of usable wood in 15 years, investors are sure to get a high yield of return. THE AFRICAN MAHOGANY Mahogany is native to the Amazon but it also comes from other areas and it is exported to various countries for wood construction, flooring, etc. Although the mahogany comes from Africa, African mahogany is considered to be most preferable after genuine mahogany. African mahogany is used for fine furniture, cabinetry, large millwork jobs, paneling and boatbuilding. AFRICAN MAHOGANY BAHIA ROSEWOOD SAP WOOD HARD WOOD SAP WOOD HARD WOOD BARK BARK 90% UTILIZATION 50% UTILIZATION WOOD YIELD OF AFRICAN MAHOGANY The african mahogany has more usable wood than other trees. African mahogany is a very hard wood since its core is significantly larger than other tropical trees. OTHER WOOD MARKET DEMAND AFRICAN MAHOGANY 3

Probably no other place is more critical for human survival than the Amazon. The GreenWorld Investments is an American company that sell investments to reforest degraded areas of the Amazon rainforest with commercial trees, Through these forestry investments every citizen can reduce your carbon footprint and help to reduce global warming, in addition to making a great investment in your own financial future. INCREASING DEMANDS ON THE WORLD'S FORESTS 3X BY 2050 INCREASE IN DEMAND VALUE OF IMPORTED TROPICAL WOOD ANALYSIS WHAT WE DO 4

The consumption of African mahogany has been increasing as more people are preferring this product due to the increase in the prices of the genuine mahogany and availability. The major reason for the increase in the price of genuine mahogany is strict regulations by the respective countries to export genuine mahogany. THE AFRICAN MAHOGANY MARKET People are shifting towards African mahogany as it is cheaper compared to genuine mahogany and it is also observed that the quality of genuine mahogany has gone down and it has become difficult for the customers to pay high prices when the alternative Africa mahogany is available at much lower prices and is fairly similar in appearance. It is also observed that some of the furniture makers and home improvement contractors who were using genuine mahogany had shifted to African mahogany due to the increase in the price, and according to them the major difference between genuine and African mahogany is primarily texture. However, when African mahogany has a flat cut and good finishing, it almost looks similar to genuine mahogany with a finish. The United States has always been the largest importer of African mahogany as the primary replacement for Swietenia mahogany which is no longer available. It is popular in both acoustic and electric guitar manufacturing. The majority of US imports goes to the furniture industry with Stickley being one of the largest single importers, particularly for their Colonial Williamsburg line. Other companies using mahogany include Henredon, Lane, Drexel Heritage, Ethan Allen, Hickory Chair and many others. The other companies include Heppner Hardwoods, Inc Mahogany Outlet, TMB Hardwood, Alan McIlvain Company, etc. 5

TROPICAL WOOD MARKET 6

At GWI we offer a simple and profitable way to allow all size of investor to take advantage to the profitable Timber market. We use the best online marketing tools to reach our customers, in our website the investors can follow the trees development from planting to harvest. In addition they receive Financial reports from ours auditors twice a year showing the investment appreciation, furthermore the investor can sell the investment before maturity at the price of wood already produced up to the date of exit. A VERY SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENT A SAFE INVESTMENT The African Mahogany is a safe investment, because it already is internationally acclaimed for its physical and mechanical characteristics MARKET PRICES RANGE 580 to 690 euros per m3 800 to 950 USD per m3 FOB Ghana. (Source Bulletin ITTO) WOOD ADVANTAGES High Demand : Europe and US are the largest consumers High Resistance to plagues and diseases FOREST MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION The evaluation process is an in depth review of the forest management systems and their results on the ground. A team of experts assess social, economic and environmental conditions of the forest being evaluated. Forest Management certificates are valid for five years, subject to annual checks. GREENWORLD INVESTMENTS VS. STOCK MARKET Forest Investment is less volatile and more secure than the stock market share prices because the trees you grow are tangible assets that naturally grow in volume overtime The investment yield is substantially higher than the average stock market share price growth because not only the wood prices increase, but the volume of wood you own increases overtime. PRESENT VALUE OF A 10K INVESTMENT IN S&P 500 OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS $10,000 $13, S&P 500 VS GREEN WORLD $10,000 GREEN WORLD INVESTMENT YIELD (AFTER 15 YEARS) $127, $127, YEARS Our investment opportunity offers 16% returns per year, both the growth of the trees and rising lumber prices contribute to this high profitability 7m SEEDLING GROWTH STAGE MATURED MAHOGANY TREE 7

OUR PLANS Sustainable Green Investment for People and Planet 8

The management Team has substantial experienced in forestry agribusiness and is backed by Sementes Padrao, a well known player in the agribusiness industry in Brazil.
