Mežu uzraudzības padome (Forest Stewardship Council - FSC ) ir noteikusi, ka saskaņā ar standarta FSC-STD V3-0 prasībām, sertifikācijas institūcijai, organizācijas koksnes izcelsmes Likumības pārbaudes (Due Dilligence) sistēmas novērtējuma procesa ietvaros, jānodrošina konsultāciju procesa organizēšana ar ieinteresētajām pusēm un jāapkopo ieinteresēto pušu sniegtie komentāri, pieņemot lēmumu par sertifikāciju. Tādēļ vēlas uzzināt ieinteresēto pušu viedokli par SIA TOTO likumības pārbaužu atbilstību īstenotajai praksei. Likumības pārbaužu sistēma ir jāīsteno sertificētajiem uzņēmumiem, kuri iegādājas nesertificētu koksni un sajauc ar FSC sertificētu materiālu, ražojot produkciju ar FSC Mix paziņojumu vai tirgojot to ar FSC Controlled Wood paziņojumu. Ieinteresētā puse var būt jebkura persona, personu grupa vai organizācija, kuru varētu ietekmēt sertificētā uzņēmuma kontrolētās koksnes ieguves programma, tajā skaitā, to piegādātāju un apakšpiegādātāju darbības. Dalība šajā ieinteresēto pušu konsultāciju procesā ir brīvprātīga; Ieinteresētajām pusēm nav nepieciešamības iesniegt komentārus. Audita darbības joma un audita norise: Atbilstība prasībām tiks novērtēta saskaņā ar FSC-STS V3-0 standartu, iekļaujot likumības pārbaužu sistēmas izvērtēšanu. Audita sākums paredzēts gada 7. aprīlī SIA TOTO zāģētavā Kalna Cimbuļi, Taurenes pagasts, Vecpiebalgas novads, Kā šīs vēstules pielikums pievienots SIA TOTO koksnes izcelsmes Likumības pārbaudes (Due Dilligence) sistēmas apraksta publiskojamais kopsavilkums. Uzņēmumam ir 7 piegādātāji - mežsaimniecības uzņēmumi, kas cirsmas iegādājušies no meža īpašniekiem. Uzņēmums, saskaņā ar standarta prasībām ir ieviesis dokumentētu Likumības pārbaudes sistēmu (LPS) piegādātāju izvērtēšanai pirms kokmateriālu piegādēm. LPS tiek pārskatīta ne retāk kā reizi 12 mēnešos, pēdējo reizi aktualizēta gada janvārī. Tā kā uzņēmums iegādājas materiālu no meža izstrādātajiem un meža īpašniekiem, tad izvērtējot koksnes piegādes ķēdi, konstatēts, ka piegādes ķēdē sajaukšanās risks ir zems.

Komerciāli jutīga informācija un konkrēti zemes īpašnieku vārdi var tikt uzskatīti par konfidenciāliem. Lauka pārbaudes ieguves līmenī netika veiktas, jo visās kontrolētās koksnes kategorijās noteikts zems risks.

The country or district is not designated a source of conflict timber (e.g. USAID Type 1 conflict timber); 2.3. There is no evidence of child labor or violation of ILO Fundamental Principles and Rights at work taking place in forest areas in the district concerned Global Witness Conflict timber: ILO Child labour is not included in list of countries which has UN ban on timber export is not designated as source of conflict timber has appropriate legislation for protection of children, according to legislation children younger than 18 years are forbidden to work physically hard work therefore children are not employed in forestry.
