Projects will be cofinanced f transnational cooperation between the EU Member States Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden, as well as partner countries Belarus, Nway and Russia. The IB.SH was tasked to prepare the new programme and takes the role - as already f the previous Baltic Sea region programme again of the managing authity / the programme secretariat. Me infmation both about the current and the future Baltic Sea region programmes are available at Task description: Development, maintenance and hosting a SQL-based online software ("moniting system / database system"), which suppts staff of the programme authities f the Baltic Sea programme in documenting and managing the entire project cycle: Application, evaluation, funding decision, contract process, repting, amendments and completion. In addition, a few me properties will be integrated such as e. g. the communication between recipients and the programme secretariat, the generating of statistics as well as interfaces to websites. Since the moniting system/database system will represent the most imptant resource of the programme secretariat and the managing authity, the main focus should be above all on the user experience. In this it is to be demonstrated that the companies involved can not objectively submit a stand-alone offer due to their operational business conditions (e.g., capacity, equipment, and/ technical knowledge) and only the merger with a constium enables them to do this. In addition, it should be shown that the cooperation in the bidding constium is a cpate decision, within the boundaries of economically appropriate and commercially reasonable actions.
