6 The Corporation has registered notable accomplishments since its inception and continues to set a positive path towards stabilizing and building institutional capacity: #1 Utility in Trinidad and Tobago for 2007 & % delivery coverage as at November 2009 Introduction of commercial suite of products and services Gained membership in the Council of Administration Gained membership on the Universal Service Committee Gold rating in 2007 for Express Mail Standards Elected to the Board of the Caribbean Postal Union 6
