7 The European Legislative Context Question for written answer E /2013 to the Commission Rule 117 Nikolaos Chountis (GUE/NGL) Remember Subject: Co-funded land registry projects in Greece Copenhagen The 'Land Registry' project has been included in the Greek NSRF , in the 'Digital Convergence' programme, and endowed with a budget of EUR 130 million. Under the NSRF for , the EU had already allocated some EUR 80 million for drawing up the land registry, but the project was not completed during that programming period. In view of the above, will the Commission say: 1. What specific work has been carried out on the 'Land Registry' project in the NSRF ? What percentage of funds has been taken up? What is the deadline for implementation of the project? 2. Given that reports have appeared in the Greek press that the Commission has problems in closing the dossier of the project co-funded by the NSRF for , can it provide information on this subject?
8 The European Legislative Context Answer given by Mr Hahn on behalf of the Commission 1. To date, the Commission has not yet received any request to co-finance the land registry project application. The deadline for the completion of all co-funded projects is 31 December As explained in the Commission's reply to Written Question E- 4317/13, the land registry project was included in the list of unfinished projects for the that programming period. The deadline for completion is 31 December In April 2013, the Greek authorities informed the Commission that the remaining works had been concluded and that the project is now considered completed. But the question was: What specific work has been carried out on the 'Land Registry' project WE could have provided the answer!
9 The European Legislative Context Source: European Parliament Register Subject: written question on dimensional mapping systems Date published: October Please note that written questions will be answered within eight weeks. Question for written answer E /2013 to the Commission Rule 117 Diane Dodds (NI) Subject: Dimensional mapping systems What plans, if any, does the Commission have under the new Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) to recognise the need for three-dimensional mapping systems, which would make it possible to ascertain the actual size of a given land parcel?
