3 Early 2010 Milton Township contacted HDNW Milton Twp. and HDNW worked to craft an ordinance and create an intergovernmental agreement. Many meetings were held with stakeholders: township officials, lake associations, realtors, health department staff, attorneys September 14, 2011 the TOT ordinance was approved. Implementation October 8, 2012.
