First aid measures General advice: Comply with the product safety and usage instructions placed on the label. If any alarming symptoms occur, seek medical advice. Inhalation: Move the victim to fresh air. Keep at rest and protect against hypothermia. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Skin contact: Wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing. Eye contact: Rinse eyes with plenty of water (at least for 15 minutes). Consult an ophthalmologist urgently. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth. Hazardous combustion products: Hazardous gases are emitted under fire conditions. Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Personal protective equipment used typically in fire-fighting. It is prohibited to enter the fire area without suitable chemical-resistant clothing and breathing apparatus. The product is not combustible. The emitted oxygen sustains combustion of other combustible materials. In the case of fire the endangered containers should be separated and placed in a secure place, if possible. Keep away from combustible products. 6. Accidental release measures Personal precautions: Protective clothing, protective glasses, ventilation, clean water to rinse eyes/skin, protective gloves. Environmental precautions: Do not let the product enter the sewage system; prevent it from entering surface or ground water courses. In order to maintain the quality of the product, it should be stored at a temperature below 30ºC. The temperature of 40ºC must not be exceeded. 8. Exposure controls/personal protection Exposure limits: PEL or STEL for: sodium perborate, sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate and sodium alkyl benzene sulphonate have not been established. Workplace exposure control: Comply with the safety and occupational hygiene principles. Do not eat, drink or smoke during work. Wash hands after handling the product. Provide good ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Toxicological information Toxicity of the product: The product has been classified on the basis of the content of hazardous ingredients, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 4 September 2007 amending the regulation on the criteria and methods of classification of chemical substances and preparations (Journal of Laws No. 174 Item 1222).
