10 10 Solutions-Two Replacements Clean energy replacement:replacing fossil fuels with clean energy like solar and wind power in energy development side, cutting the emission of CO 2 and SO 2, NO x, etc. Electricity replacement: replacing consumption of fossil fuels like coal and oil with electricity in energy consumption side, increasing the energy efficiency and improving environment conditions.
