5 RE Lending OFW Reintegration Program Program Provides financing to: 1. renewable energy 2. energy efficiency projects Supports the Philippine government s thrust of promoting Renewable Energy development, utilization and commercialization Accelerates investment in the energy sector

6 Eligible OFW Borrowers Reintegration Program Sole Proprietorships Partnerships Corporations* such as power producers, power distributors, Energy Service Companies, Renewable Energy Manufacturers/Suppliers, Renewable Energy Contractors, among others (*at least 60% Filipino-owned) Cooperatives/Associations (i.e. Electric Cooperatives, Employees Cooperatives) Local Government Units Financial Institutions Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations/Government Agencies Non-Government Organizations

9 Eligible OFW Loan Reintegration Purposes Program Project Preparation, e.g. Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Assessment Studies to support, securing permits, licenses and approvals Working Capital Permanent Working Capital Capital Expenditures (CapEx), i.e. Construction, upgrading or rehabilitation of renewable energy projects/plants and other renewable energy related projects Construction, upgrading or rehabilitation of Energy Efficiency Building Installation of Individual Renewable Energy Home System such as but not limited to solar electricity system, solar heating system, solar-assisted air conditioning system Acquisition of machineries, equipment, modular technology and other components in support to renewable energy operation, among others
