2 NEW ZPAF BIOGAS ANALYZER ZPAF gas analyzer can simultaneously measure the concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S and O2 components in the biogas. ZPAF provides high-stability and ease-ofmaintenance incorporated into a space-saving design. CH4 and CO2 are measured by non-dispersive infrared method (NDIR). O2 and H2S are measured by electrochemical method. H2S measurement range is up to 5000 ppm. FEATURES 1. 3 NEW ZPSB BIOGAS ANALYSIS ZPSB biogas analyzer system integrates the last version of ZPAF 5000 ppm. This full cabinet is designed for each application according to environmental and process conditions. ZPAF and ZPSB measure CH4, CO2, O2 and H2S simultaneously & continuously, with an H2S range from 0 up to 5000 ppm. ZPSB is a specific integrated cabinet for biogas analysis which allows reliable, robust and efficient biogas and H2S measurement up to really high content. Thanks to its unique automatic system, the ZPAF analyzer is able to measure continuously H2S within ranges from ppm to ppm. 4 NEW OXYGEN ANALYZER CONTROLLER ZKM-2 WITH HART PROTOCOL Fuji Electric zirconia oxygen gas analyzers are widely used; not only in industries of high energy consumption (such as steel, power, petroleum/petrochemicals, ceramics, paper/pulp, food, and textile industries) but also in various combustion facilities (such as garbage incinerators and medium-to-small sized boilers) as combustion controllers, achieving a significant energy-saving effect. The oxygen concentration control ensures complete combustion, thus reducing CO2, SOx, and NOx emissions and helping prevent global warming and air pollution. The new ZKM-2 transmitter allows now the use of HART protocol. The transmitter is available in two case structures: IP66 and IP67. 5 New software : Fuji ACE DATA QAL3 Data acquisition for monitoring of CEMS Fuji Electric Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) are qualified QAL1 by the TÜV following EN15267 and EN14181 standards. Each facility must meet full compliance with QAL2 standards and operate QAL3 monitoring operations. Fuji Electric developed a data acquisition software in order to monitor CEMS drifts under QAL3 standards: Fuji ACE DATA QAL3 This user friendly and customizable software assists your company during its QAL3 operations. It guarantees permanent control of the AMS response. Results are loaded in a statistic control chart which generates an alarm in case of fidelity loss according to EN14181 standard.
