2 What do we mean by Packaged Product Packaged product stand for a turnkey solution made with Pentair's components, all assembled in the same box. Even if Pentair has been distributing single components for the water treatment industry since many years, we decided in 2011 to propose a new service that would suit the needs of OEMs, distributors and dealers. The reason for this decision was that we identified an opportunity to distribute some of our components assembled as a unique solution with the following benefits: a decrease in shipping and operational costs, an ease of ordering thanks to the unique reference allocated to the whole system, the possibility to assemble the product with all its accessories as a standard configuration resulting in a more competitive price, a quicker setup time and an enhanced partnership between Pentair and its customers. All packaged products are developed for residential applications, like flat and houses but also light commercial applications as small pubs, dentist studio, small restaurants as well as laundries.
