3 1. Introduction We live in an amazing time. The Internet provides a unifying information platform and destroys borders between people. Now we are witnessing how blockchain technologies change the world economy, erase existing limits and enable new ideas to flourish and come into life. Grow & Mine is a startup technobiosis project, which combines knowledge of nature and high technologies. This integration leads to increased energy efficiency of the system and the environmental friendliness of production. Needless to say, the modern world has a number of problems. We feel that most of them appeared due to one-sided tech development. This project can be called an experiment demonstrating the possibilities of reasonable co-evolution of both technological and environmental spheres. The aim of this experiment is to draw people's attention to noospheric technologies which can help people of today and tomorrow to find the path of sustainable development. 2

4 2. Project Overview 2.1 In a nutshell The Grow & Mine project is an agricultural and cryptocurrency investment simultaneously. Farming and mining are going to be our strategic processes. As you know, cryptocurrency mining generates a huge amount of by-product thermal energy. We want to use this heat for growing agricultural products all year round. 2.2 Mining The low cost of electricity and the cold climate make Siberia an excellent place for mining. Our project involves the use of tertiary heat energy, which not just increases the efficiency of electricity consumption, but also allows us to start a completely different process, i.e., the cultivation of food based on a closed and highly productive ecosystem (CES) that can function in cold climates all year round. 2.3 Farming This process will be implemented with a combination of several ecosystem elements fish and mushroom farms and a dome greenhouse with plants. Their interaction will be based on the principles of bio-organic farming and modern technologies that will allow growing fresh and healthy food. Also, local farming helps to avoid long-term transportation, which in turn leads to savings in exhaustible resources and a reduction of air pollution. 2.4 Automation of processes One of the most important technical elements of the system is an automated microclimate management system capable of supporting the necessary conditions in a closed ecosystem 24/7. This leads to reduced labor costs and increased productivity and effectiveness of the system. 2.5 Trends Cryptocurrency market In 2017, the cryptocurrencies showed a dizzying growth and as a result, the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market, which amounted to only $ 17.7 billion in January, exceeded 600 billion in December. The year 2017 is the time when the world learned what cryptocurrencies are. Now the cryptocurrency market trades 3

5 more than 1,300 coins, most of them have risen in price since the beginning of the year at least by double digit percentage. One of the most profitable and important investments in cryptocurrencies is mining. At the dawn of its appearance, crypto-currencies were based on the computing power of crypto enthusiasts, and later on "home" miners. It was thanks to these people that the development of the cryptocurrency market and the blockchain technology occurred. It becomes obvious that the amateur cryptocurrency mining is currently receding into the background. The tendencies in PoW mining today are directed towards a more professional approach, because with the constant rising of hardware requirements it becomes necessary to constantly increase the computation capacities. Thus, the miners have to form the groups, using their computing power in the constantly expanding data centers, which will have a higher energy efficiency and, accordingly, profitability. Organic products market The world market of organic products has experienced an incredible growth in recent years, because more and more people want to eat healthy food and they understand that man is an integral part of nature. However, the process of growing organic products is more labor-intensive than traditional modern agriculture and therefore more expensive. It not possible to use various chemical agents like growth stimulants to control pests and weeds, etc. Therefore, the key to organic farming is the development of biotechnology areas of plant biosecurity, symbiotic interrelations between organisms, selection, automation and robotization facilities. 2.6 Competitive advantages of the project In the market of cloud mining: Cheap electricity (0.04$ per 1 kwh) Advantageous place in Special Economic Zone of Tomsk with various preferences from the government Ideal climate (annual temperature 1 C ) High level of energy efficiency through the use of thermal energy The best combination of the cost of mining contract and hashrate 4

6 In the agricultural products market: Environmentally friendly production Biotechnology Automation of processes Clean organic products The year-round farming without a significant increase in the cost of production in winter Development of innovative farming practices in urbanized areas in cold climates Besides the project energy efficiency and tech solutions enable it to successfully function even in conditions when PoW mining stops being profitable. The intended localization of the project is the territory of the Techno-innovative SEZ in Tomsk, which gives tax and other preferences from the state, and also ensures the stability of the system as a whole. 3. Project development plan To start the project, it is necessary to consolidate investment resources which determine the scale of its implementation. 3.1 Distribution of investments gathered 70% - purchase and launch of mining equipment 25% - construction of a complex of facilities and launch of the farming process 5% - salary fund 3.2 Timeline 1. ICO (March 2018) The first stage of the project is the Grow & Mine ICO, which will be held for 42 days. 2. Construction and purchase of equipment (April - October 2018) The second stage includes the land purchase, the dual construction of a data center and dome greenhouses, and the purchase and installation of equipment. 3. Test run of mining and farming processes (October - November 2018) The third stage is the test mode equipment commission, testing and debugging plus the final preparations. 5

Full launch of the cloud-mining service (December 2018) The final stage is the activation of mining contracts and sales of subscriptions for the organic food delivery. 3.3 Scalability of the project As it was mentioned above, the scale of the project implementation directly depends on the number of investments gained through the ICO. Thus, we can distinguish two main levels. The first level to the successful launch is the minimum required amount of investments, $ 300,000, which allows us to: 1. Purchase a land or to lease it with the right of subsequent repayment 2. Connect or create the necessary infrastructure 3. Build the structures 4. Purchase the equipment 5. Start the farming and mining processes 6. Start activation of mining contracts 7. Start selling subscriptions for the delivery of organic products This level of investment provides 173,250 hash/sec. of estimated processing power of the center if based on the Equihash algorithm. The area of a domed greenhouse will be approximately 120 m 2, an aquaculture room 60 m 2, a mushroom farm 60 m 2. The second level of the successful launch, which equals to the amount of investments from $ 300,000 to $ 2,000,000, allows us to: 1. Significantly increase the computing power of the data center, as well as the amount of the grown products, respectively. 2. Carry out technological and software updating of the automated system of microclimate control not later than 6 months after the project start date. This level of investment will increase the processing power of the mining center in case of the Equihash algorithm to 1,155,000 hash/sec, respectively. The area of the complex of domed greenhouses will be approximately 360 m 2, facilities for growing aquaculture up to 180 m 2, a mushroom farm up to 180 m 2. 6

8 4. ICO and Token The limit of raised funds: $ 2,000,000 The minimum limit is $ 300,000. Token price: $ 2.5 Token name: Grow & Mine Token Blockchain: Ethereum (standard ERC20) Campaign Duration: 42 days The total number of tokens issued will be determined after the completion of the ICO campaign. This number is based on raised investments and the price of one token. If the first level amount of the $ 300,000 is not collected for the duration of the ICO campaign, then the entire amount will be returned to investors back. The maximum amount of investment is limited to the second level and is equivalent to $ 2,000,000. 9 Grow & Mine token is the primary means of proving the right of their holder to lease the computing power of Grow & Mine mining equipment. Every Grow & Mine Token is the equivalent of the processing power of 1 sols/sec (if based on the Equihash algorithm), for a contract period of 2 years, from the date the mining contract is activated. The mining process in our project is based primarily on the use of video card graphics processors and focused on the mining of altcoins. This provides a choice, allows to extract the most profitable cryptocurrency at a certain point of time and ultimately adds flexibility to the process of mining. The convenient and functional interface of the personal account makes it easy to manage the extraction of targeted coins, keep statistics and receive payments directly to your wallet. The proposed algorithms for the cryptocurrency for mining in our project are: CryptoNight, Ethash, Equihash, Lyra2REv2, NeoScrypt. Majority of altcoins are based on them, here are some: BitcoinGold, Ethereum, Electroneum, Hush, GoByte, Monacoin, Vivo, Zcash, Zencash, etc. A complete list of available algorithms, as well as the computing power of the data center, will be determined based on the specification of the purchased equipment. The maintenance fee is not charged for the entire contract period, in addition, the contract already includes the cost of electricity, insurance, repair costs and so on. In addition, the token can be used to sign a subscription for the supply of fresh and healthy food. Delivery will be shipped in Tomsk, Russia and also at a distance not exceeding 300 km from Tomsk. All tokens used to activate the mining contracts or to subscribe for food delivery subscriptions will subsequently be burned. 4.4 Additional investment opportunities Each project participant has the opportunity to reinvest up to 30% of his income into the future for the entire time of the mining contract validity. These funds will be used in the search and development of promising biotechnologies, selection work, development of automation systems and production robotization. In return, participants will receive Noo Projects Token, which will subsequently pay dividends to its holders. 8

These rights allow their holders to participate in discussing key issues and determining the project development, as well as its form. 5. Terms and Conditions This document, called White Paper, is primarily informative and is not an invitation to participate in the purchase or sale of digital assets during and after the ICO. Investments in digital assets, in this case the Grow & Mine tokens produced by Noo Projects, are high-risk and are performed by ICO participants on their own, solely on a voluntary basis and in accordance with local legislation. By purchasing the Grow & Mine Token you confirm that you fully understand and accept all risks associated with the high volatility of the cryptocurrency market, as well as the possibility of unforeseen circumstances and acts of providence that may somehow affect the implementation of the Grow & Mine project.
