9 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The overall objectives will be: The capture of existing best practices and lessons learnt through other initiatives (CWIP, R2RW, ENACT etc) within Jamaica in particular Portland to create an effective Watershed Area Management Mechanism (WAMM) To develop transfer methodologies to allow for replication of these lessons to adjacent Watershed Management Units (WMUs) and other Caribbean SIDS
