11 Background of the project Commissioned :Biogas October 2011 :Engine December 2012 Gas Engine Installed Capacity (1 unit) : 1.2MWe Electricity supply to the Felda Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (FESSB) at about MWe for the distribution to Felda Umas s Settlement area ( 5km away). Sharing electricity load with existing diesel gensetsaving of diesel. New pond (45,000m3 capacity) vs retrofitting existing pond
