3 Introduction Increasing demand from customers is putting ever greater time pressure on workshops to get the job done quickly. The new range of tyre changing equipment from Bosch has been specifically designed to provide technicians with a safe, versatile and importantly time-saving operation, with models that suit every type of workshop. New TSL 230 side lift A new tire lift with seamless integration with the revolutionary Ergo Control. It's fast and simple to use and ensures an ergonomic working position with less stress on your back. It's positioned on the right side of the tire changer which saves you time and increases your productivity. 4 TCE 4400 / TCE Well equipped for the standard tire market TCE 4400 TCE S44 TCE 4400/4405 and TCE / are pneumatic tilting back pole passenger car tire changers. TCE 4400 is equipped with a 20" (external clamping) round turntable single speed while TCE is equipped with a 22" turntable double speed; both are provided with pneumatic locking of mounting head and pneumatic bead breaker. Assembled with the TCE 330 helper system with ensures safe and easy mounting and demounting operation of any kind of tires, even the most difficult UHP or RFT. TCE 4400 and TCE is the right equipment to use without sacrificing performance and comfort; they are especially designed for medium volume workshops. 5 TCE 4430 / TCE 4435 Maximum performance and durability TCE 4430 TCE 4430 S121 Bosch TCE 4430 and TCE 4435 tilt-back tire changers provide a range of innovative features designed for maximum speed, performance and durability even for the toughest UHP or RFT passenger car and light commercial tires. With the addition of a special accessory kit, these machines can also handle motorcycle tires. Bosch TCE330, the new helper arm device is especially designed for tire specialists and high volume workshops. Innovative G-Frame At the heart of the new tire changers is the unique Bosch G-Frame concept. This advanced design feature increases the rigidity of the machine to shorten the flow of internal forces and avoid tire and rim damage. It also improves the speed of the tire change, making the new machines ideal for high-volume or specialist tire workshops. Innovation and user-friendliness The twin-speed turntable is easily operated using a pedal. In the 230 V version, a special electronic system automatically ensures higher torque and a smooth start. The revised design of the turntable makes it easier to clamp the rim. The redesigned proctectors of the jaws allow internal clamping of steel rims without timeconsuming conversion. The integrated tire inflation system is controlled by a side pedal and is up to 25 % faster than similar devices. 9 Ergo Control System Bead breaking at the tip of your finger The Ergo Control is a hand bead breaker system that allows you to execute the operation of tire-beading always in an ergonomic working position, reducing the time with less effort while always being in a safe position. Especially designed for tire specialists and high volume workshops. Fast with effortless performance. Ergonomic working position the back is less stressed with respect to the traditional system, just stand in front of the wheel: u u No need to bend down and check like on traditional roller-bead breakers. No sit-down-step like on conventional bead-breaking machines.
