19 Recent Updates Event 12 October 2010 Nusantara Regas signed HoA LNGSPA and HoA GSA Detail of Event Nusantara Regas signed Head of Agreement on LNG Sales and Purchase Agreement (HoA LNGSPA) with Total E&P Indonesie, Inpex Corporation, and Pertamina to supply LNG Receiving Terminal in West Java from Mahakam Block, East Kalimantan. The supplies will up to million tons for 11 years with delivery point at Bontang. Nusantara Regas signed Head of Agreement on Gas Sales Agreement (HoA GSA) with PLN to supply PLN Muara Karang and PLN Tanjung Priok power plants. Dividend Interim for Fiscal Year 2010 performance Distribution of interim dividend Rp. 247,244,513,599. Schedule of dividend payment: Cum dividend for Regular and Negotiable Market December 27, 2010 Cum dividend for Cash Market December 30, 2010 Dividend payment January 4, March 2011 Prepayment of Syndicated Loan Agreement Syndicated Loan Agreement worth USD 275 million was signed by PGN and the syndication on 25 November 2009 where Standard Chartered Bank act as lead arranger. The loan was subject to interest rate of 3.1% p.a. + LIBOR 3 months rate and tenor of 3 years. Voluntary prepayment executed amounting to USD 246,523,560 to Standard Chartered Bank. 19
