We undertake projects on turn-key basis providing expert guidance on Planning, Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning with mandatory safety and quality standards as per customer s specific requirement. All the three public sector oil companies have approved our technical skill, expertise and installation design procedures and the customer will not face any issues related to availing LPG connections and supplies. Our installations are in conformation to Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD 162), IS 6044 (part I & II) /2013 Gas cylinder rules 2004/2012, Controller of explosives (PESO), Department of Industrial Safety And Health (DISH) Factory Act Rule No.13 We are the part of group having 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas retail business having a turnover of 700 millions. We have completed more than 300 Projects in Kerala during the years and many more Projects are in progress. Our infrastructure includes all Modern Machinery & Equipments required for Pipeline Installations, and a team of dedicated, technically & commercially experienced Executives, skilled and well experienced Technicians. Our full fledged Materials Department ensures Quality materials are used at Project sites. 3 Fuel of Convenience - LPG & LNG Efficiency LPG s energy content (Calorific Value)is the highest amongst other conventional fuels. A very high proportion of the energy content of LPG is converted into usable heat. LPG & LNG both offer clean and efficient combustion and the equipment used for combustion of these gases, like burners etc have significantly no maintenance costs. Convenience & Safety LPG & LNG both are extremely safe fuels if handled in the right way. Both gases are very easy and convenient to use for a wide range of applications across several industries. The number of known applications for both gases around the world totals to over Commercial Viability Compared to liquid and conventional fuels, LPG/ LNG are the most commercially viable fuels when fuel efficiency and maintenance costs are taken into consideration. Environment Friendly LPG & LNG both have the lowest greenhouse gas emissions than any other conventional fuels. Combustion of both gases produces no smoke, no sulphur emissions, no poison-ous gases, no soot and no unburnt carbon particles. And when it comes to carbon dioxide emissions both gases are the cleanest fuels available today. 4 Our core business activities Bulk Installations for LPG Designing, consultancy, supply, installation, testing, approvals, certification and maintenance of bulk installations. For bulk installations we provide the equipment like bullet tanks, lpg unloading hoses, shut off valves, safety relief valves, vaporizers, pressure gauge, regulators, filters, flame arrestors, solenoid valves, flow meters, gas trains, compressors and other related equipments. Multi-Cylinder LPG Installations (VOT & LOT) Designing, consultancy, supply, installation, testing, approvals and certification for VOT & LOT lpg piping systems. For installation of VOT & LOT systems we provide the equipment like manifold arrangements, shut off valves, safety relief valves, vaporizers, pressure gauge, regulators, filters, flame arrestors, solenoid valves, flow meters, gas trains and needle valves etc. LPG Reticulated Systems for High-Rise apartments and Residential complexes Reticulated LPG system is method of distribution of LPG through a pipeline network from a centralized bulk or storage facility installed in the premises. Reticulated system is uninterrupted supply of gas to the consumption point from the storage facility. Commercial LPG Installations: Designing, consultancy, supply, installation, testing, approvals, certification and maintenance in all types of laboratories, canteens, hotels and restaurants. We provide the equipment like manifold arrangements, shut off valves, safety relief valves, pressure gauge, regulators, filters, flame arrestors, solenoid valves, flow meters, needle valves, all type high & low pressure burners (T- type, M - type, G - type, V - type & lab burners) and all types of heating & cooking equipments. Industrial LPG Installations: Designing, consultancy, supply, installation, testing, approvals, certification and maintenance in all types of industries. We provide the equipments like manifold arrangements, shut off valves, safety relief valves, pressure gauge, regulators, filters, flame arrestors, solenoid valves, flow meters, flexible hose, pressure switches, multiblocks, and all type of industrial burners (suitable for powder coating, heat treatment, preheating, baking etc.) Piped Natural Gas Installations: Natural gas pipeline designing, consultancy, supply, installation, testing, approvals, certification, maintenance and conversion of other fuels to PNG. Gas Leak Detection & Monitoring system We undertake designing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all types of gas leak detection & monitoring system with audio siren. Gas Flow Meters All types of totalizing Gas Flow Meters (diaphragm type, turbine type rotary type etc.) available for Industrial, commercial and residential applications. We provide meters of capacity ranging from 2.5m 3 /hr to 650m 3 /hr. Gas Trains and Monitors Designing, assembling, supply, testing and commissioning of gas train (LPG, PNG & CNG) at first stage, second stage and third stage. Annual Maintenance Contracts AMCs for multi-cylinder gas banks (VOT & LOT), bulk installations, and all type of LPG installations. We provide monthly & quarterly servicing for all type of lpg installations (lpg pipe line, cylinder manifold, leak detection systems) and all types burners & cooking ranges.

7 VOT (Vapour off take) These are the normal type of cylinders which you would find in your homes, restaurants and other small commercial establishments. In this process, the vapour which is naturally converted inside the cylinder is sucked out and used for your applications. The rate at which liquid LPG is naturally converted into LPG vapour is approximately around 0.4 to 0.7 kgs/hr. The exact amount depends upon a few factors like ambient temperature, size of cylinders, size of valve etc. The rate at which you can consume LPG from these type of cylinders is also the same as the naturally converted rate. These cylinders are generally available in the sizes of 5 kg, 14 kg, 17 kg, 19 kg, 21 kg, 33 kg, 47.5 kg from different service providers. In this process, the liquid present inside the cylinder is sucked out at a higher rate which is then externally vapourised and then used for your applications. The rate at which liquid LPG is sucked out of the cylinder is approximately around 6-10 kgs/hr. The rate at which LPG is externally converted from liquid into vapour depends on the size and capacity of the vapouriser. These cylinders are generally available in the sizes of 33 kg and 47.5 kg from different service providers. 9 Reticulated diagram LPG pipe line Reticulated system is a method of distribution of Domestic LPG in housing colonies and apartments complexes through a pipeline network from a centralized cylinder bank of bulk storage to customer s kitchen. The concept of the LPG Reticulated System is the best alternative to the conventional LPG cylinder distribution system and with the overall demand for LPG increasing in the domestic and commercial sectors, causing an increased demand on the bottled LPG cylinders; reticulated LPG supply system stands to have numerous advantages. 0 Auto Change Over 1. Suraksha Hose PNG ABOUT LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS (LNG) LNG is popularly known as the Fuel of Choice all over the world due to its capability to replace traditional fossil fuels. LNG is environment friendly and has cost advantages when compared to other forms of fuel and LPG. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is a colourless, odourless, non corrosive and non toxic liquid that is produced when natural gas (mostly methane) is cooled to approximately -160 C. Piped natural gas (PNG) : Natural gas distributed through pipelines that has safety valves to maintain pressure assuring safe, uninterrupted supply to the domestic sector. CITY GAS DISTRIBUTION PROJECT The Indian Oil Corporation and Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd. (IOAGPL) have formed a joint venture to initiate Piped Natural Gas (PNG) supply directly to domestic and commercial consumers. The project aims to provide safe, convenient, reliable and environment friendly fuel to consumers in various cities across India. The city gas distribution project consists of a system of underground pipeline networks carrying PNG across a city. Sreelakshmi Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd has been appointed as one of the contractors by IOAGPL to carry out Piped Natural Gas Distribution in the city of Ernakulam. 10 Gas Detection System Gas Detection System Gas Detection System is mandatory in cylinder rooms as per the amended IS 6044 specification. Gas detection Systems are used for detecting leakage of excess of that particular product in the specified area of the atmosphere where sensors are installed. This Micro Process based control panel and sensor module provide timely details of any activation at 3 different threshold levels. The control panel with Graphic LCD display provides clear visibility and also makes each sensor addressable. The sensor module comes with a LCD display unit showing percentage of leakage along with LED. The control panel also provides additional data monitoring and management by making itself compatible with devices like BMS or other security management devices. Optional PC software can be provided to be monitored on a computer. These detection systems are available for gases like LPG (Butane / Propane), Ammonia (NH3), Acetylene (C2H2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), and Hydrogen (H2). ISO & NSIC Certificates
