Xi;R HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION This preparation is not classified as hazardous according to the amended directive no 1999/45/EC. Used engine oils may contain hazardous components that have a potential to cause skin cancer. See, Section FIRST AID MEASURES Eye contact: In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes. If there is irritation, get medical attention. Skin contact: In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of running water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Clean shoes thoroughly before reuse. If there is irritation, get medical attention. Inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If there are symptoms, get medical attention. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting unless specifically required by the medical personnel. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If big amounts of this material is ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Notes for the Doctor: Treatment generally should be symptomatic and aim to alleviate the effects. 5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES Extinguishing media: In case of fire, use foam, dry chemicals or carbon dioxide extinguisher or spray. Do not use pressurized water.

Special fire extinguishing methods: None defined. Protection of the fire fighters: Fire fighters must wear positive-pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and full protective clothing. 6.ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Precautions: No action shall be taken involving any personal risk or without suitable training. Evacuate surrounding areas. Keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel from entering. Do not touch or walk through spilled material. Put on appropriate personal protective equipment. Environmental Precautions: Avoid dispersal of spilled material and runoff and contact with soil, waterways, drains and sewers. Inform the relevant authorities if the product has caused environmental pollution (sewers, waterways, soil or air). Large Spills: Stop the leak if there is no risk to do so. Move containers from the spill area. Prevent entry into sewers, water courses, basements or confined areas. Contain the spill with inert and absorbent materials like sand, soil, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth and collect it and place it on a container to dispose according to the local legislation (see: Section 13). Dispose of via licensed waste disposal contractor. Note: See Section 1 for emergency contact information, and see Section 13 for waste disposal information,. Small Spills: Stop the leak if there is no risk to do so. Move containers from spill area. Absorb it with an inert material and place it in a suitable disposal container. Dispose of via licensed waste disposal contractor. 7. STORAGE AND HANDLING Storage: Keep in containers with tightly closed lids. Keep packaged products in a well-ventilated cool area. Handling: Wash hands with plenty of water and soap after handling. Special uses: For special uses, see the technical information document or consult the authorized representative. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION Products may be produced while working with this product that exceed exposure limits / standards. In cases where there is risk of vaporisation, the following descriptions should be ensured: 5 mg/m³ - ACGIH TLV; 10 mg/m³ - ACGIH STEL. 4 Page: 4 / 7 Occupational controls: Level of protection and types of controls to be carried out may be different depending on the potential explosion condition. Things to be considered in control measurements: There is no specific requirement under normal operation conditions in places with sufficient ventilation. Personal protection: Selection of personal protective equipment; may depend on factors like the type of applications, applications related to use, concentration and ventilation. As defined below, information regarding the selection of the protective equipment that can be used with this material is for normal conditions of use. Respiratory Protection: If the engineering controls cannot keep the airborne pollutant concentrations at a level adequate to protect worker health, it may be appropriate to use an approved respirator. Selection, use and maintenance of the respirator should be according to current regulation requirements if any such regulation exists. Respirator types to be used for this substance is as below: Under normal conditions of use and in areas with sufficient ventilation, there is no need for any special requirements. For high airborne concentrations, use an approved positive pressure air supplying respirator. Air-supplying respirators with evacuation container may be necessary in cases where oxygen level is inadequate, gas/evaporation warning characteristics are weak or where the air-purifying filter capacity/power may be exceeded. Hand Protection: All the specific information regarding use of gloves is based on literature publications and glove manufacturer data. Suitability and imperviousness of the gloves differ according to specific conditions of use. For information regarding the selection of gloves suitable for conditions of use and imperviousness, contact the glove manufacturer. Examine the gloves and replace worn out or damaged gloves with new ones. Glove types to be used for this substance are as below: There is no need for protection under normal conditions of use. Eye Protection: Wear safety glasses with side shields if splashes are likely to occur. Skin and Body Protection: All the information regarding the use of each specific clothing is given based on the publications in the literature or data provided by the manufacturer. Type of clothing that should be used for this substance is as follows: Under normal conditions of use there is no need to take any measures for the protection of the skin. Necessary measures should be taken to avoid skin contact according to good industrial practice. Special Hygiene Measures: Always ensure that appropriate personal hygiene measures are taken after handling the substance like washing hands prior eating, drinking and/or smoking. Regularly wash work clothing and protective equipment to clean from pollutants. Of the lubricant contaminated clothing and shoes, dispose of that are not possible to clean. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Acute toxicity: If there is accidental eye contact, probably it will not cause more than a temporary itching or redness. Short-term or occasional contact probably does not cause any hazard on the skin but long-term or frequent exposure may cause dermatitis. Swallowing accidentally in small doses probably does not cause any hazard but big doses may cause nausea and diarrhea. Due to low volatility under normal room temperatures this product probably will not create any hazard for respiration. Vapour from thermal decomposition products may create a respiratory hazard if there is exposure through mist or smoke. Chronic toxicity Chronic effects: There is no known effect or critical hazard. Other chronic toxicity information: USED ENGINE OILS Combustion products from the use of internal combustion engines may contaminate engine oils during use. Used engine oil may contain hazardous components that carry the risk of causing skin cancer. Therefore, frequent or long-term contact with all types and brands of engine oils should be avoided and high personal hygiene standards should be maintained.

Bioaccumulative potential: It is not expected to bioaccumulate in the environment through food chains.
