EnterpriseQ&A (EQ&A) is a business critical application built on SAP HANA Cloud Platform that surfaces existing content across the organization, connects knowledge holders and enables deep searching of experts. It enables employees to ask any question and it conducts a search across the entire organization to access an answer be it existing content, document or similar information located across the organization. If one cannot be located, the system recommends a few experts to contact or can automatically file a ticket or submit into the collaboration platform.
