1 Dear prospective Menchie s employee! There are two positions available and we expect to begin training on or about November 18, 2009! The first position is for customer service oriented people. This position includes greeting customers, cashiering, keeping the store spotless, working with the machines, toppings, mixing flavors, baking waffle cones, trash disposal, opening and closing procedures, and keeping the restroom, tables and chairs clean. A back of the house position is also available for persons who have kitchen experience in washing, cutting and food preparation. This position includes washing and cutting fruit, keeping the back clean and dishes washed, mopping, sanitizing and trash disposal.
