2 ON THE JOB TRAINING On the Job Training (OJT) is a unique opportunity for participants who already possess some job-related skills and knowledge to learn as they earn. The employer benefits by being reimbursed for part of the participant s wages during the training period, while still having the services of a full time employee.

You may hire applicants you send to us for eligibility screening. We will notify you if they qualify or not. All applicants MUST be approved prior to hiring.

As with any program there must be accountability to ensure that funds are being spent fairly and responsibly. The burden of this paperwork, however, is NOT placed on you.
