Name: Reinforce GBG CSP Program and Cultivate Teamwork in GBG Our aim is to offer extensive exposures to the intern on different aspects of human resources functions. The intern will gain exposures in the following areas when assisting project owner/mentor to deliver the project : Coordinating and involving in the discussion/communication meetings with different levels of generation staff (i.e. BHs, SHs, Team Leader & frontline staff) to solicit their views on promoting customer service culture Conducting market research and benchmark best market practice on driving team spirit among colleagues in all levels To assist in collecting current staff s opinions on promoting CSP culture and benchmark market best practices with the aim to develop a motivated recognizing mechanism to reinforce customer service culture in GBG To assist in conducting market research and developing a Teamwork Program GBG CSP Reinforcement Program and integrate into GBG website GBG Teamwork Program and integrate into GBG website Assist in delivering ad-hoc projects related Human Resources Good communication and analytical skills Can do attitude and willing to learn Proficiency in MS office Learning the process of conducting culture program in a sizable organization

Name: Development of On-line Graduate Trainee Application Platform and 3-level soft skill training framework to support soft skills competency model Our aim is to offer extensive exposures to the intern on different aspects of human resources functions. The intern will gain exposures in the following areas when assisting project owner/mentor to deliver the project : Conducting market research and sourcing relevant market service provider Coordinating with ITG and service vendor to explore existing on-line application platforms in the market Sourcing relevant market soft skill training programs to enhance/support current soft skill training framework To assist in studying existing on-line application platforms and coordinating with different parties to develop a Graduate Trainee online application platform To provide project support in all aspects during project execution period 3-level Soft Skill Training Framework Graduate Trainee on-line application platform Assist in delivering ad-hoc projects related Human Resources Good communication and analytical skills Can do attitude and willing to learn Proficiency in MS office Knowledge on programing will be an advantage Learning how to carry a cross team collaborating project in a sizable organization

Name: Talent Attraction, Retention & Development Develop and implement long term strategies to build a competent and committed workforce Execute and manage employer brand related initiatives to attract and retain talents Develop and organize corporate learning & development (L&D) programmes according to business needs The sandwich interns will gain valuable experience in: Driving initiatives related to Employer Branding such as promotion of career opportunities through e-platforms, data collection about latest trends and best practices related to employer branding Organising and coordinating career fairs / campaigns for targeted groups to promote CLP employer brand and career opportunities Planning and organizing Learning & Development programmes e.g. management skills training, leadership development seminars, team building workshops, etc. Working with CLP staff across different levels to manage company-wide projects, e.g. Staff Communication Forum, Employee Opinion Survey, CLP scholarship ceremonies and CLP Career Day Conducting research and analysis in various aspects of talent attraction, retention & development With guidance from project owner / mentor, the key project deliverables for the interns are : To drive employer branding related initiatives by incorporating the CLP s employer attributes into them To act as project owner in organising career fairs / campaigns from planning to execution to promote CLP s career opportunities To implement Learning & Development initiatives according to planned schedule and assess the effectiveness for continuous improvement To display team work in collaborating with the team members to roll out company-wide projects To complete research and analysis on talent attraction, retention & development as assigned

Knowledge with Photoshop or other digital art tools will be a plus. The interns will acquire valuable knowledge and skills in the areas of employer branding, learning and development, employee engagement and internal communication.
