10 Mission statement To develop a 21 st century community, consulted at every step of the way. Through effective partnership working, we wish to build a community where people choose to live, work and visit, with new homes, education and health facilities, within an economically sustainable environment.
11 Employees 14 core employees. Trainees may be employed or not depending on programme. Around 50 trainees. Trainees gain recognised qualifications and work on local landscaping and construction projects.

14 Stress risk assessment Questionnaires completed 100% response. Collated by Healthy Working Lives team. All staff meeting for feedback. Stress action plan prepared. Follow up in spring.
