30 Development PROJECT EXAMPLE Angolan Subsea Development We supported a large, established oil and gas supplier to execute an intricate subsea development. Operating underwater at depths ranging from 1,100 to 1,400 metres, the project introduced 34 new subsea wells, estimated to produce 500 million barrels of oil. We helped the client find and place a number of key skilled staff, assisting them in developing their HR plan and budget along with supporting the creation of a local employment structure.
