Logistics - Improve the competitive index / the trade facilitation performance - 100% electronic imports exports transactions - Increase the quantity of inflow and outflow of goods at the important borders at least 5% -Increase Thailand s alternative energy consumption to 17.34% of the final energy consumption - Decrease a share of electricity production from natural gas to 47% Energy Decrease Thailand s Energy Intensity (EI) to 7.70 ktoe/billion baht Decrease logistics cost ratio to 12% of GDP Key Performance Indicators 7 th Strategy, Infrastructure and Logistics Development Digital - Network Readiness Index (NRI) ranking improves - Villages with high speed internet are more than 85% - More than 80% of government organizations have cyber security systems Water Supply - 100% and >80% of households in metropolitan and in regional areas access to water supply respectively - 100% of villages access to clean water - Less than 25% and 20% non-revenue water in metropolitan and regional area respectively
